The time varies based on the confidence percentage you've set for Neuraan's AI
to provide answers, the number of conversations handled, and the number of
support agents approving the AI's responses. It can range from 24 hours to 5
days, depending on these factors.


CAN NEURAAN RESPOND WITHOUT A CONNECTED AGENT?

Yes, in unsupervised mode, Neuraan's AI automatically responds to 100% of
customer conversations. You can also configure it to respond automatically when
it detects no agents are connected.


HOW MANY LANGUAGES DOES NEURAAN SUPPORT?

Currently, Neuraan's AI can interact in Spanish. Soon, it will be available in
