III. GENERAL INFORMATION ABOUT PRIVACY

1. Extent of processing of personal data

In principle, we process personal data of our users only insofar as this is
necessary to provide a functioning website and our content and services. The
processing of personal data of our users takes place regularly only with the
consent of the user. An exception applies to cases in which prior consent can
not be obtained for reasons of fact and the processing of the data is permitted
by law.

2. Legal basis for the processing of personal data

Insofar as we obtain the consent of the data subject for processing of personal
data, Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) serves
as legal basis.

In the processing of personal data necessary for the performance of a contract
to which the data subject is a party, Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b DSGVO serves as
legal basis. This also applies to processing operations required to carry out
pre-contractual actions.

Insofar as processing of personal data is required to fulfill a legal obligation
that is subject to our company, Art. 6 para. 1 lit. c DSGVO serves as legal
basis.

In the event that vital interests of the data subject or another natural person
requires the processing of personal data, Art. 6 para. 1 lit. d DSGVO serves as
legal basis.

If processing is necessary to safeguard the legitimate interests of our company

serves as legal basis for the processing.

3. Data deletion and storage duration

The personal data of the data subject will be deleted or blocked as soon as the
purpose of storage is no longer applicable. In addition, such storage may take
place if it was intended by the European or national legislator in EU
regulations, laws or other regulations to which the responsible is subject.
Blocking or deletion of the data also takes place when a storage period
prescribed by the standards mentioned expires, unless there is a need for
further storage of the data for conclusion of a contract or fulfillment of the
contract.

IV. DATA PROCESSING IN THE CONTEXT OF OUR CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT
("CRM") SYSTEM AND OUR ENTERPRISE RESOURCE PLANNING ("ERP") SYSTEM

Description and scope of the data processing (PDF 220 KB)

V. PROVISION OF THE WEBSITE AND CREATION OF LOG FILES

1. Description and scope of the data processing

Each time our website is accessed, our system automatically collects data and
information from the computer system of the accessing computer.

The following data is collected here:

 * browser type and browser version
 * used operating system
 * referrer URL
 * host name of the accessing computer
 * time of the server request

These data can not be assigned to specific persons. A merge of this data with
other data sources will not be done. We reserve the right to check this data
retrospectively, if we become aware of specific indications for illegal use.

2. Legal basis for the data processing

The legal basis for the temporary storage of data and log files is Art. 6 para.
1 lit. f DSGVO.

3. Purpose of the data processing

The temporary storage of the IP address by the system is necessary to allow
delivery of the website to the computer of the user. To do this, the user's IP
address must be kept for the duration of the session.

For these purposes, lies our legitimate interest in the processing of data
according to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DSGVO.

4. Duration of storage

The data will be deleted as soon as it is no longer necessary for the purpose of
its collection. In the case of collecting the data for providing the website,
this is the case when the respective session is completed.

In the case of storing the data in log files, this is the case after no more
than seven days. Further storage is possible. In this case, the IP addresses of
the users are deleted or alienated, so that an assignment of the accessing
client is no longer possible.

5. Objection and removal possibility

The collection of data for the provision of the website and the storage of the
data in log files is essential for the operation of the website. There is
consequently no objection on the part of the user.

VI. USE OF COOKIES

We use cookies on our website. Cookies are text files that are placed and stored
on the user's computer system in or via a web browser. When you access a
website, a cookie can be saved in your operating system. It contains a
characteristic string that enables a clear identification of the browser when
the website is accessed again.

We use cookies in order to design our website in a more user-friendly way. Some
elements of our website require the browser to be recognized even after a page
is changed.

The EU ePrivacy Directive in connection with the Act to Regulate Data Protection
and Privacy in Telecommunications and Telemedia (TTDSG) are the legal basis for
the storage of cookies, device identifiers, and similar tracking technologies or
for the storage of information in the terminal device of the end user and access
to this information.

Please note that the legal bases for the processing of the personal data
collected in this context then result from the General Data Protection
Regulation (Article 6(1) Sentence 1(a) GDPR). The relevant legal basis for the
processing of personal data in each specific case can be found on the respective
cookie or the respective processing itself.

The primary legal basis for the storage of information in the end user's
terminal equipment - consequently in particular for the storage of cookies - is
their consent, Section 25(1) sentence 1 TTDSG. Consent is given when visiting
our website - although this does not have to be given, of course - and can be
revoked at any time in the cookie settings.

According to Section 25(2) No. 2 TTDSG, consent is not required if the storage
of information in the end user's terminal equipment or access to information
already stored in the end user's terminal equipment is absolutely necessary for
the provider of a telemedia service to be able to provide a telemedia service
expressly requested by the user.

You can see from the cookie settings which cookies are to be classified as
absolutely necessary (often also referred to as "technically necessary cookies")
and therefore fall under the exception of Section 25(2) TTDSG and therefore do
not require consent.

Online ad cookies can be managed via the following links: for the USA, for
Europe.

the user Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a DSGVO.

The legal basis for the processing of the data transmitted in the course of
sending an e-mail incl. ReCaptcha service is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DSGVO. If the

processing is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b DSGVO.

3. Purpose of the data processing

The processing of the personal data from the input mask serves us only to
process the contact. In the case of contact via e-mail, this also includes the
required legitimate interest in the processing of the data. The other personal

contact form and to ensure the security of our information technology systems.

4. Duration of storage

circumstances that the relevant facts have been finally clarified.

The additional personal data collected during the sending process will be
deleted at the latest after a period of seven days.

5. Objection and removal possibility

The user has the possibility at any time to revoke his consent to the processing
