Role: We are looking for a Senior Client Success Director who is dedicated to continually improve the customer experience and lead our coaches. Our client success coaches work with our upper echelon clientele, helping them grow and scale their business. In this role you will be expected to strategize ways to increase client retention and customer lifetime value. Responsibilities: -One-on-one coaching calls with clients -Performing weekly check-ins -Providing insightful feedback to continually improve the process and implement new ideas effectively and efficiently as per the direction of leadership. -Being active on platforms used to communicate with clients and give support promptly. Requirements: -At least 3 years of leading a team or management of any kind -The ability to think creatively & act proactively -Must work and be readily available between 9 am and 5 pm EST (we prefer that you live in North America) -Must be able to work 40+ hours a week. Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, and Saturdays. -Must have knowledge and experience with tech (ClickFunnels, GHL, Zapier, Facebook ads).
