SMOOTHER ROADS AHEAD: PMIS INSIGHTS FOR TRANSPORTATION PROJECTS

OVERVIEW

JANUARY 18
11AM PT, 2PM ET

Register

With capital projects growing in scope and complexity, maintaining communication
across all stakeholders has never been more crucial. Larger complex
transportation projects mean multiple funding sources and more regulations,
which creates a greater need for transparency and financial accountability.

A project management information system (PMIS) can help agencies reshape how
they approach and execute capital projects. Building on Kahua's flexible
platform, Kaivolve was able to create a custom solution designed specifically
for Transportation organizations to tackle the many challenges in this highly
regulated industry. From services to track funding, creating transparency in
Right of Way and Permitting - and much more, Kahua and Kaivolve have a solution
tailormade for the Transportation Owner.

Hear industry experts share advice, strategies, and success stories to guide you
in navigating the future of capital projects during a live webinar on January 18
at 11 am PT/2 pm ET.

In this session we’ll discuss:

   - How good data governance makes capital project transparency simple
   - Best practices for managing all components of transportation projects,
including funding sources
   - How a PMIS can help agencies reach sustainability and security goals
   - Specific transportation and spatial construction challenges and solutions

twice took two year working sabbaticals to serve a greater cause. The first with

and more recently, with the Society of St Vincent DePaul, serving the poor here
in North Georgia.
