FIELD-TYPES CANNOT BE CHANGED AFTER SAVING

When you add a field to a form template, you can select the data-type for that
field. We support over 15 different data types, for example Text, Numeric,
Checkboxes, Map, Dates, etc. Each of these data-types is stored differently
within D4H, and as we've enabled more powerful functionality such as conditional
expressions, dashboard stats, header modules, and custom views - each data type
has taken on more abilities.

Recently, our Help Desk discovered that a number of issues customers were
encountering were occuring due to the 'Data Type' of a field being changed,
after logic was applied to it and data had already been added.

To avoid this, we've restricted editing of the 'Data Type' on a field. You can
still change all of the other properties, but if you decide for example decide
to move from a Text field to a Drop Down, you'll need to delete that field and
re-add it.

SWIPE TO REMOVE EQUIPMENT FROM 'USED ON ACTIVITY'

Our Equipment Management mobile app scanner is fast. As equipment leaves your
truck or warehouse, open the camera and scan everything onto the activity to
start a timer or marks as used.

We've had reports that the camera is so fast, it can pick up multiple-barcodes
in view and more importantly that we'd left out a 'Remove from activity'
function on mobile.

So now if you scan the wrong thing, you can update to the latest version of the
app from the app store to be able to swipe any item to 'Delete' it from the list
of items used on the activity.

NEW! ‍ PASS/FAIL EQUIPMENT INSPECTION STEPS

We're excited to unveil a major upgrade to our Equipment Inspections feature
called “Inspection Steps”.

This upgrade lets you add multiple individual pass/ fail steps to each of your
equipment inspections. For example, when inspecting a vehicle, users could
document checking seat belts, lights, tyres, fuel level, etc. On each step they
can leave a note, and failure of any one step will prevent them from passing the
overall inspection.
