Sara Thyr is a fully-licensed naturopathic primary care doctor who specializes
in caring for women, men, children and all family members. Naturopathic medicine
aims to find and treat the cause of disease, prevent illness and can effectively
and safely treat common ailments when they do arise. Dr. Thyr can treat your
entire family at all stages of life and offers an alternative or complementary
approach to conventional medicine.

Dr. Thyr specializes in diagnosing and treating food allergies. Symptoms may
include depression, headaches, autism (and spectrum disorders), fatigue, PMS,
insomnia, digestive disorders like IBS, constipation and acid reflux, chronic or
recurrent infections, and skin disorders such as eczema and acne.

Dr. Thyr offers naturopathic therapies for people of all ages. Symptoms of
menopause, insomnia, and memory issues are handled with botanical medicine,
natural supplements, and some lifestyle and nutrition changes. High cholesterol,
high blood pressure, arthritis, diabetes can also be managed without using
medications in most cases. Many patients recently have described their symptoms
of anxiety and depression and have experienced great relief with naturopathic
therapies.

for a 30 minute session, or a pack of 5 saunas for $125 (savings of $25). Call

keeping sauna appointments to 1/day so that we can thoroughly clean the sauna
and that room after each use to protect the safety of all users.)

particles. We also clean all high-touch surfaces on a regular basis, and masks
are required by all persons in the office.
