living. Discover a calm and stress free environment. Each cottage caters for
couples and friends who want a comfortable, informal and restful holiday in this
delightful location. The cottages each have their own private landscaped
gardens, relaxed seating and dining areas from which to enjoy the beautiful
countryside and surrounding abundance of wildlife.

A two double bedroomed house tastefully renovated to provide a comfortable and
relaxing place to stay with all the small touches that make a house a home for
you during your holiday. There is a large oak dining table around which to enjoy
a meal after which you can relax on the sofas whilst watching one of the 400
DVD’s available to guests. In cooler weather the large woodburner provides the
wonder of a real fire to make the evenings snug and warm. The private garden is
accessible via a side door from the house. A pathway leads to a decked dining
area with garden furniture overlooking the pond and views into the Mayenne
valley. Private covered parking.

This is a one bedroom cottage converted from a traditional farm bakehouse that
has been delightfully renovated to retain the original feature of the oven
opening onto the living space. Although the oven is no longer in use, for those
cooler times of year the cast iron woodburner effect heater will provide all the
instant warmth you need but without the need to get any wood! The kitchen is
located in the converted pig sty and there is a ground floor bathroom with ‘rain
shower’ for a refreshing start to the day after a peaceful nights sleep on soft
pillows and white bed linen.

Side gate from the garden to covered parking. 350 m 2 of fenced private
landscaped garden with secluded dining and seating areas.

WELCOME PACK

We provide a guest starter pack - consisting of tea bags, grd coffee, milk,
bread, butter, homemade jam, bottle of red wine, olive oil, salt & pepper, mixed
herbs, toilet roll and all cleaning materials including washing up liquid and
bin liners.

WIFI

Free WiFi available in the cottages

CLEANING

On departure guests are asked to leave the cottage in a clean and tidy condition
but we offer a Get Up and Go service for a small fee of €25 if you just want to
get up and go!

NO SMOKING

There is no smoking inside the cottages.

PETS

We accept one small to medium sized dog on request at an additional charge of
€25 per stay. Your dog will receive a 'pooch pack' containing a blanket and bowl
for use during the holiday plus pooch poop bags, hand gel and a dog treat. READ

SANDRA ET PAUL



We both had busy stressful, unhealthy lifestyles and not enough 'together' time.
We would longingly watch all those tv programs about changing your life,
renovating a wreck into a designers dream, all whilst Kevin McCloud peered into
the camera wringing his hands in despair - if only that could be us! So we took
a leap of faith, left our jobs, packed our small car, drove to France and
haven't regretted a moment since!
