Dear Valued Client,

We are pleased to share features that launched today Monday, May 22, 2023, in
the iLien Motor Vehicle platform. Lien Solutions continually strives to improve
customers’ experience with our platform and make it easier to manage motor
vehicle work.
 
New Arkansas, Nebraska and North Dakota added to the state dropdown list when
creating a ‘Title Only’ Estimate/Order in the Title Processing Dashboard.
 
New Kauai and Maui Counties for Hawaii were added to the county dropdown list
when creating a new Estimate/Order for any Transaction Type.    
 
Update Kansas, Mississippi, Montana and South Dakota were removed from state
dropdown list when creating a ‘Title Only’ Estimate/Order in the Title
Processing Dashboard.
 
Update Borrower Information Section within the Title Processing section to
include ‘Email’ and ‘Phone’ fields to all transaction types except Repo Title
and Repo Title with Affidavit.
