Yes, it is our first and top priority to make sure your child's information is
only stored on our server. Your information is used internally for our site, and
NEVER sold or given to other companies.

We use a secure, encrypted website, so you can be assured that ALL information
is 100% safe.

WHAT HAPPENS TO THE PERSONAL INFORMATION AND PHOTOS I UPLOAD TO CREATE THIS

Each personalized video is tailor-made for each child, there cannot be more than
one child for the Personalized Video story line.

HOW DO I ADD MY CHILD’S PICTURE AND INFORMATION TO THE PERSONALIZED PRODUCTS?

Simply answer a few personalize questions to help us create your child's
Personalized Video. During the process, you can upload 2 photos (highly
recommend it) that will be shown in the video. Imagine your child's face when
they see themselves in the video!

WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS OF PURCHASING THE DOWNLOADABLE KEEPSAKE VERSION OF THE
PERSONALIZED VIDEO?

The "Santa Video Keepsake" product comes with a HD digital copy of your child's
Personalized Video to download. You can then view your video offline (without an
Internet connection), share it on any Social Media (i.e.: Facebook, YouTube,
Twitter or any other media), burn it on a DVD, save it on a USB key or view it

keepsake video, in addition to viewing it online until 1/10/2024. This way you
will have a magical keepsake forever! You will also get the FREE BONUS CHRISTMAS
EVE VIDEO!

Yes! After you have created your Santa video, simply login to your member
account and click into your Order History. Find the order you are wanting to
upgrade... from within the order detail, you will be able to purchase the
upgraded version as a keepsake! (Highly recommended)

DO I HAVE TO BUY MY CHILD'S PERSONALIZED VIDEO FOR THEM TO SEE IT?

No, but please note the Free option has limited online views.

HOW MANY VIEWS WILL I GET WITH MY FREE PERSONALIZED VIDEO FROM SANTA?

3 online views. But, if you decide you'd like to upgrade to a keepsake video,
simply login to your member account to upgrade.

HOW LONG WILL IT BE MADE AVAILABLE TO VIEW ONLINE?

If you select the "Free Santa Video" you will be able to view your child's video
3 times. However, you will have until 12/20/2023 to upgrade your video to the
keepsake video by logging into your PackageFromSanta.com Member Account.

If you select the "Unlimited Santa Video" you will have unlimited views of your
child's video online until 12/20/2023. (You can upgrade at any time) (If you
order after 12/20 you will be able to view it up to 48 hours from when you
personalize it)

If you select the "Keepsake Santa Video" you will be able to download the HD
keepsake video. You will own it forever with endless enjoyment! Of course, with
the "Santa Video Keepsake" version, you will have UNLIMITED online views until
1/10/2024 as well! You will also get the FREE BONUS CHRISTMAS EVE VIDEO!

HOW CAN I DISPLAY MY CHILD'S PERSONALIZED VIDEO ON YOUTUBE?

To download your child's Personalized Video, be sure you have purchased the

CAN I MODIFY MY CHILD'S PERSONALIZED VIDEO ONCE IT IS COMPLETED?

Videos can only be modified before the confirmation page. Once the terms and
conditions have been accepted and the transaction is complete, modifications can
no longer be made to any information or pictures. You will have to create a new
video or place another order.
