One thing that we’ve always been proud of at UpKeep is our focus on customer
success. Since our inception, we’ve invested heavily not only in developing a

effectively to succeed and grow.

Our announcement of the UpKeep Pledge this month is just another step to
strengthen our commitment to every client’s success and satisfaction.

It’s a well-known fact that 70 percent of all new technology implementations
fail to reach promised potential due to a lack of planning and poor adoption. We
want to change that by providing a dedicated project manager who can oversee the
entire customer implementation; tailored, remote training that addresses
specific client needs; and comprehensive integration services to ensure that
UpKeep is properly connected to a users’ critical systems.

We know that when companies choose UpKeep, they are making an investment of time
and resources. That’s why we are making a renewed commitment to providing value,
ensuring success and fully supporting customer needs in the UpKeep Pledge.


WHAT’S INCLUDED IN THE UPKEEP PLEDGE

The UpKeep pledge includes four key components: a risk-free trial, an initial
training credit, 24/7 support, and access to industry experts. Clients have the
opportunity to select either a quickstart or an advanced package, depending on
their specific needs and budget. Let’s take a closer look at each component:



 * Risk-Free Trial. We want our customers to buy with confidence, so as part of
   the UpKeep pledge, we will provide a full-refund during the first 14 days if
   clients are not satisfied for any reason.



 * Initial Training Credit. Anytime new technology comes online, we know that
   the learning curve can be steep. That’s why we’ll provide a training credit
   worth $500 during the first 30 days when new customers can have access to
   experts to help ensure that set-up, implementation and onboarding happens as
   quickly and painlessly as possible.



 * 24/7 Support. At UpKeep, when we talk about around-the-clock support, we’re
   not hyping a cumbersome phone support system or connecting you with shaky
   overseas technicians that you can’t understand. We’re connecting you with our
   team of trained UpKeep experts; real people who can help you ensure a 99.9
   percent uptime of our product.




 * Industry Experts. We love our community and can’t wait for you to be part of
   it. The final component of the UpKeep pledge is access to more than 4,500
   industry experts who are dedicated to helping you upskill your team alongside
   us. Enjoy free weekly consultations with these experts who are certified risk
   management professionals (CRMP) through the Society for Maintenance and
   Reliability Professionals (SMRP) industry association.




 * Accessible to All. Introducing a new entry level plan. UpKeep Lite offers
