OUR TAILORED PACKAGES


PACKAGE A - "FULL ASSESSMENT"

Per Psychology Assessment - including cognitive and personality assessment
Suitable for companies who don't already have a setup to assess personality &
cognitive ability. In this package, our psychologists will:

 1. Conduct official psychological assessment for new recruits
 2. Conduct and review personality and cognitive testing
 3. Assess the candidate including to verify the test results
 4. Sign off the candidate as appropriate



PACKAGE B - "ASSESSMENT-LITE"

Per Psychology Assessment AND review of test results Suitable for companies who
already have a setup to assess personality & cognitive ability. In this package,
our psychologists will:

 1. Conduct official psychological assessment for new recruits
 2. Review results from cognitive and personality testing performed elsewhere
    (with results being communicated to our psychologist prior to the
    assessment)
 3. Assess the candidate including to verify the test results
 4. Sign off the candidate as appropriate



PACKAGE C - "FULL COMPLIANCE - 1 YEAR"

1-year subscription with a highly accredited third party including policies for
compliance with CAT.GEN.MPA.170, CAT.GEN.MPA.175, CAT.GEN.MPA.215, as well as
full Peer Support service Suitable for companies who don't yet have a Peer
Support service setup

What is Peer Support? Peer support is when people in similar situations offer
and receive help from one another, based on shared understanding, respect and
mutual empowerment (Mead et al., 2001) - It is a confidential, safe haven from
screening and assessment and an opportunity to gain support. It is known that
peer support programs are universally beneficial to all, including the peer
support workers. It leads to benefits such as increased self-efficacy, a greater
sense of empowerment and self-esteem, a great sense of social inclusion in a
profession that may sometimes feel rather isolating.



PACKAGE D - "FULL COMPLIANCE - 3 YEARS"

3-year subscription including policies for compliance with CAT.GEN.MPA.170,
CAT.GEN.MPA.175, CAT.GEN.MPA.215, as well as full Peer Support service Suitable
for companies who don't yet have a Peer Support service setup

DR IVAN ZAMMIT

Psychiatrist

Dr Ivan Zammit is a psychiatrist, a member of the Royal College of
Psychiatrists, and one of the founders of MySkyCrew. He has helped set up a
number of international private mental health clinics and more recently
pro-community institutions to improve the mental health of the public - one
example being www.londonbridgetherapyrooms.com. His passion is to help as many
people as possible and to solve as many complex problems as possible.

He qualified as Doctor of Medicine and Surgery, as Master in Public Health, and
holds additional training within Personality Disorder treatments and in
therapies such as Mentalisation-Based Treatment (MBT), Group Analysis, and
Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT).



DR KATYA DE GIOVANNI



Katya graduated with an honours degree in psychology at the University of Malta
in 1997 attaining the shield for best dissertation. Katya is a Chartered
Occupational Psychologist and Scientist having read for an MSc in Occupational
Psychology between 2001 and 2003. Her masters dissertation is about
organisational socialisation and personal change in flight attendants. In 2020
she was admitted to the Fellowship of the British Psychological Society. In 2018
she fully qualified as Aviation Psychologist and was registered as a full member
with the European Association for Aviation Psychologists. Katya also holds a PhD
from the University of Nottingham where she specialised in Psychological
Transitions

Dr De Giovanni is currently a member on the Board for the Treatment of Sex
Offenders, Chair of the Malta Psychology Profession Board, member on the
Multidisciplinary Board, and also Chairperson of the Board of the Authority for
Social Care Standards. She served as technical member on the Senior Appointments
Advisory Committee of the Office of the Prime Minister. Dr De Giovanni also
currently holds a visiting professor position in Organisational Psychology at
the University of Padova. She is also heavily involved in the work of the
University of Malta Cottonera Resource Centre where serves as Director.
