La Maison du Bonheur is a lovely, well-equipped apartment on two floors in the
center of Zellenberg. The main floor consists of a large dining room and
kitchen. Upstairs is a large living room and off the living room is a nice
bathroom. Another door off of the living room leads to a bedroom with Queen
sized bed. There is another small room off of this bedroom that has a double
bed. Upon arrival, we did not know how to get into the apartment and no one was
there to meet us. The owner had sent us a message, but we didn't receive it
before arriving. We called, left a message, and the owner called back
immediately and was apologetic. He gave us directions and we found the key.
Another problem was that the second bed was not made. We called the owner again
and he said that we didn't ask for two beds, so he assumed that we only needed
one. If you want both beds and you are only two people, then make sure you let
him know in advance. The problem was quickly solved as he brought us sheets. He
also brought us a bottle of wine from his vineyards which was excellent! The
apartment was very cozy and comfortable. There is a restaurant right next door.
We did not eat there, but it smelled wonderful. The location is perfect for
exploring the area. Parking is available down at the entrance to the town, a few
minutes' walk up the quiet street to the apartment. We loved our short stay here
and look forward to returning again soon.

Arnaud is a great host. From the beginning his kindness was exposed as he made a
change for us in booking he didnt have to do. We felt he is there for us to
assist in any issue. The place was super clean, comfortable and ecuiped with all
we needed (for cooking and cleaning etc.) The location is greate in the middle
of alsace area and near to many villages and the view - well you just need to
come and see it yourselves. Many thanks for a great time and hospitality !! We
hope to return and enjoy the pool one summer :).

ZELLENBERG ITSELF IT NOT INTERESTING BECAUSE IT IS VERY...
Zellenberg itself it not interesting because it is very small. But the
central location is perfect. It is on top of a hill so it's very quiet,
perfect for a relaxing holiday. And there are so many beautiful villlages
around it. And also very good wine houses to do winetastings. It's a short
walk to Riquewer a must see. If you want to find the perfect central location
to visit the Alsace/Elzas then this is it!
