The icy tear drop ornaments came packaged in a satin cloth box. They each have
their own slot to safely lay in, very snug and secure! No worry of them being
damaged. Great box for storing year after , year. As with all Balsam Hill
products. These are high quality, well made. They look beautiful on the tree. We
have purchased many different items from Balsam Hill, ornaments, wreaths, tree
skirt, etc We have not been disappointed with any of their products!!!!!!!!
Highly recommend Balsam Hill and their products!!!!!

Any repair or replacement of defects in those parts are covered by the warranty
within the specified time frame.

Wreaths, Greenery & Décor

Products other than trees are covered by our 30-day premium guarantee. Please
inspect your product upon delivery and notify us within 30 days if there is any
damage or defects. Our team is ready to provide a quick resolution.

Greenery (Fresh, Dried, and Preserved) and Food

Because of their perishable nature, food items and fresh/dried/preserved
greenery are not guaranteed. Check your order within 3 days of receiving it and
