They are trained, mentored, and supported so they can be focused on your child and their play. WHOLE CHILD ENRICHMENT MODEL Children are encouraged to develop curiosity, teamwork, leadership, and personal growth skills through play. TOY LIBRARY The TC Toy Library is selection of amazing toys that is rotated across all services and adds to the wonderful resources at the service.
