INVITE AND REMOVE MEMBERS FROM YOUR WORKSPACE

Get your teammates together in the same space and remove them as needed from
your workspace.
Written by MURAL
Updated over a week ago

Just as you can invite people to murals and mural rooms, you can add
collaborators to your entire workspace. When you invite someone into your
workspace, they get their own private room. If you're on our Enterprise,
Business, Consultants, Nonprofit, or Education plans, those outside of your
company or organization will be invited in as guests.

Notes:

 * For Teams+ plans: if the member you invite into your room isn't already a
member of the workspace, they’ll take up a subscription. Workspace
administrators can configure how many members are admitted to a workspace
   from the billing page.

 * With our flexible pricing model in the Enterprise and Business plans, a new
member who joins a workspace can become a Quarterly Engaged Member if they
meet the criteria. (You can find more information on the FAQ section of our
   Pricing page.)

 * If you don't see the option to add Quarterly Engaged Members, you may not
have permission to do so within the workspace settings. A workspace admin can
   enable this.

MANAGE WORKSPACE MEMBERS

After you have invited members into your workspace, you may want to manage their
permissions. This is available only to workspace administrators.

Other members can also be assigned as workspace admins. Read more about the
different kinds of permissions in the article on managing your workspace.

To manage your workspace members' permissions:

 1. Click on your workspace name dropdown menu in the top left.

 2. Click on Workspace members.

 3. Check or uncheck the boxes to grant or remove permissions.

In the workspace members page, workspace administrators can also select multiple
members and guests to make bulk actions such as delete them from the workspace,
or change their permissions.

Check out the article workspace permissions explained for more information.

Now, you can efficiently manage your team to make sure the right people have the
right access!
