Who we are
The Women of the Future Awards are the platform for successful young women in
Britain. Now in their seventeenth year, the awards continue to unearth and

ABOUT

WOF Awards and Sir John Peace, Chair of our 2022 Awards judging panel.
Kindness and collaboration

We are responsible for the Women of the Future (WOF) Programme, a platform to
unlock a culture of kindness and collaboration among leaders. Our portfolio of
events and projects connect, inspire and support a new generation of female
leaders.
