Investors invest in an exclusive curated gemstone and jewelry portfolio and
participate in the appreciation of this “Habsburg Fine Arts Royal Portfolios”.
The participation in the portfolio is secured in the form of the Habsburg
Gemstone Token (ERC20) via the blockchain.

The Royal Portfolio is periodically revalued by court experts. If the value
increases, the sale price in EUR will be raised, but the Habsburg Gemstone Token
(GEM) price remains the same. As a result, the intrinsic value of GEM continues
to rise steadily.

With the acquisition of the Habsburg Gemstone Token, investors do not receive
direct ownership rights to the gemstones and jewels in the Royal Portfolio. They
participate proportionally in the performance of the Royal Portfolio. Habsburg
Gemstone Tokens can be exchanged for the gemstones and jewels in the Royal
Portfolio at any time.


VALUE APPRECIATION

The Royal Portfolio is composed of a combination of gemstones and jewels that
allow for secure, steady, and sustainable value growth.

This is particularly true for ruby, sapphire, and emerald. Data from the last 30
years show a strong appreciation in value of the ‘Big Three Colored Gemstones,’
which are prominently represented in the Royal Portfolio.

 

Since 1995, the market prices for natural, untreated gemstones have at least
tripled.

After selecting the payment method, the transaction will be conducted. After a
successful KYC (identity verification), you will receive a confirmation by
email.


ROADMAP

Habsburg Fine Arts marks a milestone with the Habsburg Gemstone Token (GEM),
taking the first step into a new token universe. At the end of 2023, the
GEM-Reserve-Token (NFT) will follow, allowing for the reservation and/or
exchange of specific gemstones within the Royal Portfolio. Ultimately, in 2024,
the GEM-Community-Token will be introduced for additional rights.

Meet the team behind the scenes:


DR. THOMAS SCHRÖCK

The founder and managing partner of THE NATURAL GEM has been active in the
international gemstone trade for over 30 years. The doctorate economist and
internationally trained gemologist (including Switzerland, USA, India) is
considered a European expert in natural colored, untreated gemstones and
investments in them. His 2017 bestseller “Investing in Gemstones” is now
available in its 3rd edition and provides profound insights into the world of
the most valuable stones on earth as the first book of its kind.


SANDOR HABSBURG – LOTHRINGEN

SKKH Sandor Habsburg-Lothringen was born in Vienna in 1965. He grew up in
Austria, the Dominican Republic, and Antigua. He earned his university degree in
mechanical engineering in the USA. He is the Archduke of Austria and Prince of
Tuscany. He is committed to preserving, living, and passing on values, culture,
and tradition to the younger generation, and to maintaining Austria’s history.
As Vice-President of Flame of Peace, he and his wife Herta-Margarethe work
globally for the benefit of people, animals, nature, and the environment.


EMANUEL STADLER

Emanuel Stadler, MA – Head of Digital Markets & New Economies at The Natural
Gem, is the project leader of all The Natural Gem x Habsburg Fine Arts
tokenization projects. Trained in the USA and Scotland, the native Carinthian is
passionately active in the crypto world. His goal: To bring the gemstone, as the
oldest investment and asset form, onto the blockchain and into the 21st century.


ALEXANDER HAICK

Alexander Haick - As Sales Operation and Community Manager, he focuses on
process optimization, an improved customer experience and a sales-friendly
environment. His goal is to familiarize the GEM token to a wider audience and
also build bridges to younger target groups and crypto enthusiasts. He strives
to establish our Habsburg Fine Arts as a safe and lucrative haven in the crypto
