Clos du Bois Chardonnay V20 750ML

Our Clos du Bois Chardonnay is a refreshingly aromatic wine from the rugged
coast of California. Scents of warm apple pastry rise from the glass with
touches of honey and toasted oak. Bright layers of freshly sliced pear and ripe
apple with zests of citrus carry through the long finish. <br><br> Fruit for
this classic Chardonnay originates from select vineyards along the coast of
California. The North Coast imparts ripe apple and pear characteristics, while
the Central Coast brings full, concentrated flavor and a gorgeous acidity to the
grapes. <br><br> We harvested the grapes in the cool of night, then gently
pressed them to preserve the Chardonnay’s fruit characteristics. After settling,
the juice was partially barrel fermented in a combination of French and American
oak, with the remaining juice undergoing fermentation in stainless steel. To
soften the wine’s acidity and impart a rich and creamy mouthfeel, we put the
wine through malolactic fermentation.

Our classic Cabernet Sauvignon displays aromas of black currant, blackberry and
toasted oak. Concentrated black fruit and a smooth texture lead to a complex and
slightly dry finish. The wine pairs perfectly with your favorite grilled meats

Our classic Pinot Grigio displays intense aromas of white peach, melon and pink
grapefruit, with delicate hints of floral notes. Lively acidity with bright

Clos du Bois Pinot Noir V22 750ML

Our 2022 Clos du Bois Pinot Noir is an elegant red wine with a silky mouthfeel
from California. Showing garnet red in the glass, our Pinot Noir opens with
aromas of wild strawberry, Bing cherry and a hint of caramel. Layers of
raspberry and cherry cola are touched by notes of vanilla and toasty oak on the
palate.

This wine has a brilliant silver straw hue with aromas of ripe apple, pear, and
tangerine with notes of toast and warm brown spice. Ripe pear, apple, and citrus
flavors with hints of roasted marshmallow layer over an underlying flinty
minerality. This wine is concentrated, rich, and creamy with balanced acidityand
well-integrated oak
