GETTING STARTED In this Getting Started section you'll find helpful resources for BrightWork 365 orientation, role-based training, and a variety of training videos organized by topic. CUSTOMER SUCCESS INTERFACE CUSTOMIZATION As BrightWork is built on the Microsoft Power Platform, a highly configurable and customizable platform, customers have the option to choose either configuration or customization (or both) to deliver on project management requirements. Configuration primarily refers to changes to environment settings (e.g., applying user security roles), as well as creating and updating templates and reports. Customization primarily refers to any change to a solution object that can be moved within a custom solution to another Power Platform environment. These changes are typically done in the Make area of Power Apps. We recommend those new to BrightWork 365 work alongside a BrightWork Customer Success Partner to customize BrightWork 365.
