Our free first-level support covers all application questions. In addition,
Survalyzer also offers individual onboarding and topic training. For larger
licenses, you will also receive a personal contact person who will explain the

How secure is my data?

Survalyzer meets the highest data protection and compliance requirements. This
has been confirmed several times by security audits. TÜV Süd also came to this
conclusion in 2020 and certified Survalyzer ISO-27001. Many factors contribute

authentication (MFA), database encryption, and the annual security test with
simulated hacker attacks.
