Procedures that should be followed by freshmen after being nominated to Modern
Academy for Engineering and Technology.
Alumni Affairs Department requires that all education verification request
should be send to this email : alumni.affairs@eng.modern-academy.edu.eg
Dr.Ehab El-Shimy, professor in Computer Engineering department, was designated
and nominated to attend a training of trainers (ToT) course for the presidential
project “Mawada”. After attending the course, he was awarded and honoured the
second position among the best six staff members of 168 higher institutes.
The Year’s work results have been announced on the students’ private accounts
that are on the academy’s official site. Petitions can be addressed to the
scientific departments either by filling a complaint form at the secretaries’
offices , or by sending the complaint via the department’s email. The last date
for accepting the year’s work petitions will be on Sunday, the 27th of June,
2021. NO ACCEPTED PETITIONS AFTER THAT DATE. Hope all the students achieve a
great success.
Important Announcement: The last date for the second semester syllabi’s
/curricula’s optional withdrawal for the academic year 2020/2021 is going to be
next Thursday the 27th of May, 2021.
An important announcement for students who have got ”incomplete” in practical
courses during the academic year 2019 - 2020 and have not passed the practical
exams of these courses until now. These students are urgently required to
contact the courses’ professors to set a date for practical reexaminations of
these courses during this semester, prior to the beginning of the final exams.

Starting Monday 17th of May, classes will be resumed with the same hybrid system
which has been followed since the beginning of the year.
In this sorrowful time, we, all staff members and employees at Modern Academy
for Engineering and Technology, would like to extend our heartfelt condolences.
We are deeply saddened to hear about the passing of Professor Ahmad Fouad
EL-Sanabary, professor at Manufacturing and Production Engineering department.
The loss of someone dear is never easy. God rest his soul in peace.
