We had a great stay at Sierra Lakeshore at Pine Mountain Lake. YRR were very
responsive, and pretty fast when needed. The cabin was in great shape and well
maintained when we got there. Wonderful experience for the family.

Stayed in a lakeside house on Pine Mountain Lake this past weekend, the
particular property known as "Cottage on the Lake". I really wish we had stayed
a whole week instead of 3 nights because we had such a great time! The lake was
beautiful and so was the house. Great views and great fishing. Rented a boat
from the marina for a very reasonable price and caught a mess of trout and the
largest bass of my life (9 lbs, 3oz)! My teenage daughter and her friends had a
great time sunning and swimming. Everything was exactly as promised in ad
description. Dealt with Shirley in the office for reservation etc., she is
courteous, helpful, and prompt- excellent customer service! Honestly I never
hesitate to complain but I simply have no complaints about YRR, or the house
they rented us. I think we'll be back next year. By the way, I noticed someone
in an earlier review complaining about the cost of the optional linen service.
The service is optional so simply bring your own towels, blankets, etc. if you
want to avoid this fee - duhhhh!

Tara went above and beyond for us! My family (me, my husband, my 3 and 6 year
old) planned an overnight camping trip in the PML campground. When we arrived we
were very disappointed in the campsite. There was a steep cliff right next to
our picnic table (did I mention we had two little ones?) and the bathrooms were
far away. Add to that the wasps and the hard ground to drive stakes in - and my
husband and I were ready to rent a house! I called at about 2 minutes until
closing - with very patchy reception I think the call dropped at least three
times. Tara picked up and for the next 15 minutes worked with me across several
dropped calls (gotta love the mountains) to quickly get us into a home. Because
there was a local fire, many homes were rented by firefighters - she even
checked to see if the hotels in the area were booked! There were two homes left,
and of course both were 2 day minimum rentals (per the homeowner) but we figured
it was better than ONE night at this campground. After giving us several
discounts because of our situation, Tara then stayed late after hours to get us
set up and signed in. We ended up having a great time: s'mores on the back deck
instead of in front of a tent, sleeping bags on cozy beds instead of on rocky
ground, and a bonus room for the kids to play in instead of falling down a
cliff. Two thumbs up!! We have used this company for 4 rentals and have been
pleased each time. Yes the cleaning cost is high, but they all seem to be. And I
appreciate the bag full of goodies, I think it is very thoughtful and I always
find myself rifling through it for something I forgot. I would recommend this
company to a friend.

We have used Yosemite Region Resorts several times for vacation rentals at Pine
Mountain Lake. The homes were well cared for, safe and in good condition. The
YRR staff is professional and always available even after normal business hours
in case of emergency. Our rental properties were clean and ready for us to
settle in and keys were left at the appropriate place and time as promised for
our arrival. We are returning again this summer and plan to use YRR for our
rental accomodations at PML. We love YRR AND GROVELAND ! :)

You wont be disappointed! I take my wife and son to Yosemite every
spring/summer. We had never stayed in Groveland/Pine Lake and thought we would
try something new. Well, that was the BEST decision we have ever made! We rented
"Camp Wyckoff" from YRR and all I can say is WOW! The cabin was perfect! I dont
think it could be any cleaner than it was. And it had EVERYTHING one could need.
Big TV, Surround sound, Cable, WIFI, FULL kitchen with everything you could
need. Awesome bathroom, large patio, garage, fans in every room. I could go on
and on and on... Ive rented cabins all over the Yosemite area and nothing beats
YRR's rentals! TRUST ME! Im picky too! I like nice things! Where else can you
get a house sized cabin for less than what a typical hotel room cost? You cant!
This is the place to rent from people. It really is! I worked with Tara and she
was very nice. Not pushy at all. And had everything perfect for us when we came
in to pick up the keys. I walked in and right back out in less than 30 seconds.
Then when we opened the door to our cabin, we found a REALLY nice goody bag of
all kinds of things in case you forgot anything. It had a ton of stuff and the
bag was nice too. (Thanks YRR!) We have rented a lot of cabins in the Yosemite
area and none of them (even ones inside the park) compare. It was that nice that
I felt compelled to sign on with Yelp JUST to write this review. Thanks YRR!

we love YRR!!! we have stayed in a fantastically wonderful and may I say
ridiculously affordable home up in pine mountain lake 2 times now over the past
5 months. Both times were magical, and the people who work at YRR are warm,
friendly, and very accommodating. You will not regret a vacation in one of their
many properties. There is a home to fit everyone's need/wants...from fireplaces,
to hot tubs, to pool tables...and the little town of Groveland is very quaint
and remote, yet it is a quick 30 min drive the the much larger town of
Sonora...and only 25 min to Yosemite!!

Back for the second time using their services for a vacation rental in Pine
Mountain Lake we were again very pleased. Not only the area is a different world
- just outside Yosemite on Hwy 120 - but the people are well simply wonderfully
friendly. We took advantage of the Spring Deal - buy 3 nights and get the 4th
free, so our stay in a 3 bedroom house with it's garage turned into a playroom
with ping-pong, table tennis and darts was a treat for the whole family. We even
got a phonecall the day before warning us about the weather conditions, which
was very thoughtful. So was the welcome bag full of goodies and stuff for the
house so we didn't have to worry to get more supplies (like paper towels,
dishwashing tablets etc). And to finish, the minor criticism we had about the
house was listened to with very open ears by Tara, so I'm confident that they do
take good care of the properties they administer. See you again for sure;-)

Yosemite Region Resorts provided very capable and quick service. We decided to
book the trip just 5 days before actually going to Yosemite and everything went
really well with the booking.
The cabin itself was very roomy and comfortable. We had an entourage of 6 people
and it seemed that the cabin would have been good for at least another 6 people.
Also, Pine Lake is a very beautiful and peaceful place to have a vacation. We
really enjoyed our stay at Yosemite and would recommend YRR for anyone
interested in visiting the breathtaking Yosemite national park!

Yosemite Region Resorts does not require a huge deposit on their rental
properties. I like that because another company I used in the area had charged
us a $500 deposit (cash) which we didn't get back until after our return home.
Yosemite Region Resorts has a reasonable one time fee for damage insurance
rather than putting up a deposit. This procedure is so much easier on our budget
and they have a multitude of really nice vacation homes available to rent.
