I had quite a number of issues with my laptop and it took several attempts to fix the problem with the sound issue resulting in it going backwards and forwards several times and not being fixed when it came back to me. On one occasion the loan laptop did not work at all leaving me with no laptop to work on. I did receive a bottle of wine to make up for the issues I had.
