WHAT IS A DESIGN REQUEST?

Consider design requests as individual tasks to be addressed. With our Standard
plan, you can focus on and complete one task at a time. The time needed for
completion depends on the task's size, ranging from a few hours to a day or even
a full month. If a design request is finished quickly and there is time left in
the month, feel free to initiate additional design requests. However, ensure
each request is completed one at a time before the end of the month.


I'M NOT SURE I WANT TO SUBSCRIBE...

You know, that's perfectly understandable and we'll be happy to work with you to
see what we can deliver on a project of yours. We can evaluate next steps after
that? How's that sound?


WHY WOULDN'T I HIRE IN-HOUSE INSTEAD?

Excellent question! For starters, finding good designers is a monumental task
in-itself. It's very time intensive and you never truly know their capabilities
until you've worked with them for a few months. Secondary to that, during quiet
periods, it may be challenging to justify their presence if there isn't enough
design work needed. This is where our ability to pause and resume your
subscription comes in; minimizing your overhead and simplifying your design
requests.


HOW DOES PAUSING WORK?

We allow for you to pause at any time, but we ask that this be instated at least
after a month of working with us. Once the pause has been activated, we ask that
the pause last for a maximum of 3 months. Exceeding 3 months, we'll evaluate
with you what the proceeding steps are from that point onwards.


HOW MANY ROUNDS OF CHANGES CAN I HAVE?

We don't have a limit actually, but we do ask that changes be discussed amongst
the project members and that they're not 360˚ changes whenever possible.


WHAT PAYMENTS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept bank transfers, credit card, and stablecoin cryptocurrencies.


DO YOU WORK ONLY ON WEB 3 OR CRYPTO PROJECTS?

Although we do specialize on Web 3 and crypto, we're absolutely open to other
projects you might be working on!
