Add Automate License to SNOW

My Automate quote is saying that I have the rights of the following licenses.
Each of them, has its own price.

 

AutoMate Enterprise Server Agent

AutoMate Enterprise Server (Single Workstation) - Developer Tools

AutoMate Enterprise Server Plus (Single Workstation)

Maintenance Plus, AutoMate Professional Edition (per License)

AutoMate Professional Edition - Single License

 

But, SNOW is only showing a few license description available for Automate.
Like:

Automate Premium

Automate Enterprise

Automate BPA Server

Automate BPA Server Enterprise

Automate BPA Server Standard

 

How do I know, which of them my license is valid for?

PRODUCT NEWS: Managed Service Partner Can Now Monitor Your Snow Atlas
Inventoried Computers

Date: April 28, 2023

 

Snow released two features that are part of the first value area for your
managed services partners to have a centralized view of your computer
environment in Snow Atlas. When you invite your partner to have access to your
Snow Atlas tenants, they will have a customer overview and detailed view to
monitor your inventoried computers with associated data such as type (server,
desktop, laptop) and operating system.

 

Going forward partners could use simple benchmarking diagnostics to understand
if your inventoried vs. non-inventoried computers are normal compared to other
customers. Learn more about this feature.

Snow sees GCP Linux OS as server which is correct. However, when Snow data gets
fed into Cherwell CMDB it marks as "Workstation"

Does anyone know what can trigger Cherwell to see as "Workstation"?

Google Cloud Servers with Linux OS is showing up as "Workstation" in Cherwell
CMDB but Snow sees as "Server" There is nightly feed from Snow Inventory to
Cherwell happens. Ticket is opened with Cherwell also to see what mapping that
makes as workstation.

 

 

Just asking this questions in case someone knows something.

URL to User Details with Input Parameter

I am looking for a way to embed a URL in our new HR system that would allow
someone to click there and be taken directly to the user details page in Snow
Atlas.

 

Can this URL accept a parameter with User or Full Name, loading the details page
directly, without having to go through the UI search?

 

i.e. something like https://www.snowsoftware.io/sam-core/users ?fullname="Ian
Silver"&details="true"

 

Or, is there at least a way to pass a parameter to the Users list URL to search
users before displaying the page:

 

i.e. something like https://www.snowsoftware.io/sam-core/users ?fullname="Ian
Silver"

 

Or...is there a better way that I am missing entirely! 😀

Hi Seb,

 

Reckoning you would like to see e.g. executables like *.exe and *.com, you may
wish to use standard report: "Files per computer".

Then, take conditions like here below (replace the blank computer name with a
concrete name and/or 'like' value):
