WELCOME TO PEACE-MAKERS CLUB.

Peace Makers Club is a private collection of 10,000 NFTs. Which gives you access
to games, rewards and many more.

THE STORY:

Heroes from a distant galaxy or alternate dimension, unknown to our world, have
been traveling through time and space to save countless planets through the
power of peace and love. Tragically, their home planet was lost to war billions
of years ago, leading them to vow to help other species avoid a similar fate.
These heroes, known as The Peace Makers, are our only hope for a brighter future
free from the devastation of war.

PEACE-MAKERS (GENESIS NFT) UTILITIES:

 * Necessary to play all Games
 * Long term holders will receive 20 % of revenue generated from all future
   token sales (in USDT).
 * 6 % Marketplace Royalty Fee from which 4% go to Treasury wallet as Revenue
   and 2% will go for various charities (the community will decide after mint).
 * Long term holders will receive revenue generated by royalties (from the NFT
   secondary market sales and from the fee on each transaction for the Fungible
   ERC-20 Peace Token).
 * Access to exclusive airdrops. (2.5% of the tokens will be distributed to the
   Genesis NFT holders, free 2nd Generation NFT for holding 3 or more Genesis
   NFTs and many more)
 * Whitelist for discounted price for all future NFTs
 * Rent NFT to up to 10 users per game.
 * Governance for the DAO.

(Long term holders are those who are holding the NFT more than 2 months.)

Peace Token is the essential currency, which will be used to pay for everything
inside the ecosystem.

UTILITIES:

 * Currency for all items (including future NFTs, skin NFT minting) and

 * Deflationary mechanism (4% burn fee)

FAQ

WHAT UTILITIES WILL THE GENESIS NFTS HAVE?

 * Earn passive income from 20% of all sales of NFTs (in USDT) and royalties.

 * Access to whitelist for all future NFT sales

 * Gain access to exclusive airdrops (2.5% of the Peace Fungible Token Total
   Supply will be shared among long-term NFT holders and other airdrops).

 * Rent out NFTs to players for games or events and earn additional passive
   income.

 * Participate in the governance of the DAO and the project vision.

WHAT UTILITY WILL THE FUNGIBLE PEACE TOKEN HAVE?

 * The Fungible Peace Token can be rewarded to players for playing games, used
   as the currency for items (including future Non-Fungible Tokens and minted
   skins), and used for tournaments and events.

 * The Token can be staked for rewards.

 * Liquidity Mining can be done using the Token.

 * The Token has a deflationary effect due to the 4% burn fee.

WHAT CHARITY WILL WE DO?

 * After the minting the community will decide by vote in the Discord. In future
   the DAO can vote to switch to the other charities.

HOW THE REVENUE WILL BE GENERATED & DISTRIBUTED?

 * For each sale of NFTs, including Skin NFTs, a 6% royalty fee will be applied,
   with the proceeds directed towards the Treasury wallet as Revenue.

 * A 2% fee will be applied on each transaction of the Peace Token, and the
   proceeds will be directed to the Treasury wallet as Revenue.

 * For all future presales of NFT collections and tokens, 20% of the funds
   received will be directed towards the Treasury wallet as Revenue.

 * A tax on every skin minting will be applied in the form of Peace Token and
   will be directed entirely towards the Treasury wallet as Revenue.

 * When additional resources are needed for games, the entire amount of Peace
   Token used to pay for them will be deposited into the Treasury wallet as
   Revenue.

 * Long-term holders of Genesis NFTs (with a minimum holding period of 2 months)
   will have the opportunity to claim their share of the distributed amount at
   the end of each month, either through the official website or by interacting
   directly with the smart contract.

WHAT DO I NEED TO PLAY THE GAMES?

 * To play the games, you will need a Genesis NFT, which you can either hold or
   rent from someone.

 * Each game will require a specific second-generation NFT. For example, the
   first NFT will be a pair of running shoes, and the second one will be a
   battleship. And more will be created in future.

 * To participate in certain events and tournaments, the participants will need
   to pay an entry fee using the Peace Token. In the future, other resources
   such as fuel may also need to be purchased using the Peace-Makers Token.

WHAT I CAN WIN PLAYING THE GAMES?

 * Peace Token

 * While playing the games, players have the chance to win airdrops of NFTs,
   including the highly valuable "Planet NFT" (of which there is a limited
   supply of only 100). With this NFT, players will have the ability to host
   different events and earn a percentage of all tokens won by other players.

 * There will be a chance to win Skin Blueprints - which will be with very small
   supply. You will be able to mint your own skin NFTs with them, or sell them
   on the secondary market, or lock them in a contract so other players can mint
   Skin NFTs by paying you Peace Token (passive income).
