I cant say enough about Beach To Bayou plumbing. I had an emergency and needed a
plumber - QUICK! My experience started with the receptionist at the desk and
ended with Richard Breaux.
The receptionist was extremely friendly and helpful. She immediately squeezed me
in the schedule and said that she would have someone there by this afternoon.
She stated that I would get a text 30 minutes before a tech arrived at my condo.
She also was kind enough to give a discount for being a first time customer.
I received that text and even got a phone call from Richard Breaux. I can not
stress enough to how friendly Richard was. He walked me through step by step as
to what he was going to do to find the leak. His communication skills were on
point. He was very professional and new EXACTLY what he was doing. I will
forever save his name and use Beach To Bayou for all my plumbing needs. Their
pricing and professionalism was amazing! One Million Stars!

We had to replace our hot water heaters due to new home owners. Nick was our
technician, he came and installed our hot water heaters. He went above and
beyond to make sure everything was as it should be. He took extra steps to
assure the pipes that had to come out through the brick looked neat and clean.
I’m so impressed with his workmanship and integrity. He communicated well with
us every step of the way.
Beach to Bayou also came to or rescue and repaired the manabloc another company
busted and refused to take ownership for. They helped us problem solve and made
the best of a situation that wasn’t resolved and was unnecessary.
We will continue to use them in the future for our plumbing needs. Thank you

onsite in 1 hour. The leak was isolated and the repair finished in about an
