T3 INFORMATION SYSTEMS HAS JOINED FORCES WITH RSM.

We are pleased to announce that Tate & Tryon, P.C. and our wholly owned
subsidiary, T3 Information Systems, LLC, have joined forces with RSM US LLP
(RSM) to expand opportunities for our clients and people. As of Jan. 1, 2020,
RSM has acquired substantially all the assets of Tate & Tryon and its
subsidiary.

The transaction enhances RSM’s growing technology consulting practice with the
addition of Tate & Tryon’s T3 team, which specializes in Microsoft Dynamics (GP,
SL and 365BC), Sage Intacct, corporate performance management solutions, and
custom application development.

As we join RSM, clients will continue to work with the familiar leaders and team
members they know and trust, and will receive the same level of exceptional
service they have come to expect. For those who require additional services or
specialized expertise, we are pleased to now be able to offer that as part of
RSM.
