GLASGOW LIVING WAGE


IMPORTANT INFORMATION


PLEASE NOTE THAT THE GLASGOW LIVING WAGE WILL END ON 31 MARCH 2024. 


GLASGOW CITY COUNCIL BECAME AN ACCREDITED SCOTTISH LIVING WAGE EMPLOYER LAST
YEAR AND IT WAS AGREED TO UNIFY SUPPORT UNDER A SINGLE SCHEME, THE SCOTTISH
LIVING WAGE.  WE THEREFORE WOULD ENCOURAGE ALL EMPLOYERS TO SIGN UP AND BECOME
AN ACCREDITED SCOTTISH LIVING WAGE EMPLOYER, MORE INFORMATION ON THIS IS
AVAILABLE HERE.


THE SCOTTISH LIVING WAGE IS ADMINISTERED BY THE POVERTY ALLIANCE, YOU CAN ALSO
CONTACT THE TEAM BY EMAIL.


FROM 1 APRIL 2024 THE LIVING WAGE RATE WILL BE £12 PER HOUR.
