T.U. Parks is the largest private employer of carpenters and laborers in the
Chattanooga market. For more than 80 years, we have self-performed demolition,
cast-in-place concrete, rough and finish carpentry, and installation of doors,
windows, and specialities. Our on-hand labor force means that we can quickly and
effectively work through problems to keep a project moving forward without
negotiating with subcontractors, offering better cost- and schedule-control to
the owner.


HEALTHCARE

Time does not stand still in the healthcare world—not even for construction or
renovation—which presents unique challenges to contractor and subcontractor
alike. As a point of pride, many of our projects were completed safely and
effectively without disrupting the normal function of the hospital or facility.
From a 175,000-square-foot medical mall to a rural clinic renovation, it is our
