<h4>Some of our terms have recently changed.<br><br>You must agree to all items below before you are allowed to complete your login and use our system.</h4>

<li>Please be advised, Covid19 vaccination requirements to attend events is an everchanging environment.</li><br>
<li>I understand that I can find information on current guidelines from the CDC, local authorities, and the policies listed at any host venue.</li><br>
<li>I understand it is my responsibility to be aware of any Covid19 vaccination or testing requirements that are set in place to attend events in my area based upon the local government guidelines</li><br>
<li>If I choose to attend any event, please keep in mind the CDC recommendations on how to keep yourself and others healthy.</li><br>
<li>If I am uncomfortable and do not feel safe while attending an event, you can ask the venue for assistance or remove yourself from the event.</li><br>
</ol><br>
</li><br>
<li><span style="background-color: #FCFF09;"><strong>Under no circumstances will I sell or attempt to sell any tickets</strong></span> given to me by 1st Tix.<br>
<ol type="a"><br>
<li> I understand that all tickets listed here on 1st Tix were donated for use by law enforcement officers, firefighter, EMTs, and their families only.</li><br>
<li>I also understand that if I am caught selling or trying to sell any tickets the appropriate authorities will be notified, including your chain of command.</li><br>
<li> I also understand that if tickets are found on 3rd party resale websites, newspapers, Craigslist, raffles, etc, that donated tickets will be voided and un-useable.</li><br>
<li><span style="background-color: #FCFF09;"><strong>Violation of this rule will result in immediate & indefinite account suspension</strong></span></li><br>

<li><span style="background-color: #FCFF09;"><strong>I will not contact teams/organizations/venues directly</strong></span> about my events, my tickets, my will call locations questions. - see disclaimer on every event listing if you are
not clear.<br>

<li>I understand when it comes to the attention of 1st Tix that I contacted someone other than 1st Tix Customer Support concerning tickets, coupons or events listed on the 1st Tix website, I understand my membership privileges will be
<strong>suspended indefinitely.</strong></li><br>
<li><span style="background-color: #FCFF09;"><strong>Violation of this rule will result in immediate & indefinite account suspension!</strong></span> </li><br>

<li><span style="background-color: #FCFF09;"><strong>I will attend all events that I claim tickets for.</strong></span><br>
<ol type="a"><br>
<li>Upon receiving your tickets from 1st Tix, <strong>your attendance is expected.</strong></li><br>
<li>Barring extreme circumstances, a no-show at an event will place your account on suspended status.</li><br>
<li><span style="background-color: #FCFF09;"><strong>1st time = 10 days; 2nd time = 20 days; 3rd time = 30 days (per calendar year)</strong></span> </li><br>

<li><span style="background-color: #FCFF09;"><strong>I will not report emails from 1stTix.org as Spam.</strong></span><br>

<li>All 1stTix.org communications provide you an unsubscribe link, if you no longer want our emails, use it. Do not use the spam button.</li><br>
<li>You may change your email notifications at any time by visiting the My Preferences page.</li><br>
<li>Marking us as spam jeopardizes our ability to communicate with other veterans in our system. </li><br>
<li>Violation of this rule will result in a 90 day account suspension. </li><br>

TERMS OF USE
SOME OF OUR TERMS HAVE RECENTLY CHANGED.
YOU MUST AGREE TO ALL ITEMS BELOW BEFORE YOU ARE ALLOWED TO COMPLETE YOUR LOGIN
AND USE OUR SYSTEM.
1. Covid-19 Guidelines
a. Please be advised, Covid19 vaccination requirements to attend events is
