KİŞİSEL VERİLERİN KORUNMASINA DAİR

AYDINLATMA METNİ

Veri Sorumlusunun Kimliği

Veri sorumlusu, Doğuş Etiket ve Ambalaj Sanayi ve Ticaret Anonim Şirketi’dir.
Şirketimiz, 6698 sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu (“KVKK") ve ilgili
diğer mevzuat hükümleri gereğince, bize ilettiğiniz kişisel verilerinizin
işlenmesi, saklanması ve aktarılması süreçlerinde gerekli önlemleri almaktadır.
Kişisel verilerinizin işlenmesinde, KVKK ve diğer mevzuat hükümlerinde
belirtilen şu ilkelere uymaktayız: a) Hukuka ve dürüstlük kurallarına uygun
olma. b) Doğru ve gerektiğinde güncel olma. c) Belirli, açık ve meşru amaçlar
için işlenme. ç) İşlendikleri amaçla bağlantılı, sınırlı ve ölçülü olma d)
İlgili mevzuatta öngörülen veya işlendikleri amaç için gerekli olan süre kadar
muhafaza edilme.

Kişisel Verilerinizin İşlenme Amaçları

Kişisel verileriniz, veri sorumlusu (Doğuş Etiket ve Ambalaj Sanayi ve Ticaret
Anonim Şirketi ) tarafından, aşağıda belirtilen ve benzeri olan amaçlarla
işlenmektedir:

Şirketimize yapılan iş başvuruları sebebi ile elde edilen kişisel verilerin işe
alım süreçlerinin planlanması ya da işe alınmayan kişilere daha sonra uygun
pozisyonların bulunması halinde geri dönüş yapılması; işe alınanlar yönünden
elde edilen sağlık raporu, askerlik belgesi, adli sicil kaydı gibi kişisel
verilerin mevzuat kaynaklı ve iş sözleşmesi sebebi ile alınması gerekliliği;
şirket binamıza yapılan giriş-çıkışların güvenlik amacı ile kaydedilmesi; işe
giriş çıkış yapan personelin belirlenmesi; ortak çalışma alanlarının güvenliği;
profesyonel işgücünün oluşmasına ve geliştirilmesine katkı sunulması; iş
ortaklarımız (tedarikçi ve müşterilerimiz) ile olan ticari ilişkilerimizin
geliştirilmesi; hizmet kalitemizin artırılması amaçları kapsamında
işlenebilmektedir.

İşlenen Kişisel Verilerin Aktarımı, Saklanması / İmhası

Şirketimiz kişisel verilerinizi; SGK, Maliye Bakanlığı gibi kamu tüzel kişileri,
özel ve kamu bankaları, bağımsız denetim şirketleri, iş ortakları, iştirakler,
hissedarlar, kanunen yetkili kamu kurum ve kuruluşları, kanunen yetkili özel
hukuk kişileri, topluluk şirketleri vb. gibi mevzuat hükümlerinin izin verdiği
kişi veya kuruluşlar ile paylaşabilir.

Şirketimiz, topladığı kişisel verileri yasal düzenlemeler kapsamında belirli bir
süre ile saklaması söz konusu olup bu süre dolduktan sonra, kişisel verileriniz
silinecek veya yok edilecek ya da anonim hale getirilecektir.

Kişisel verilerinizin saklanması süresi içerisinde, verileriniz kanun ve diğer
mevzuat ve düzenlemelerden kaynaklı zorunluluklar haricinde işlenmeyecektir.

Kişisel Verilerinizin Toplanma Usulleri ve Hukuki Sebepleri

Kişisel veriler, belirlenen yasal çerçeveye uygun olarak elektronik ortamda veya
fiziki ortamda başvuru formu doldurulması suretiyle yazılı olarak, telefon
görüşmesi veya yüzyüze yapılacak görüşmelerde sözlü olarak, eya üçüncü kişiler
aracılığı ile ya da diğer hukuki mercilerden temin edilebilmektedir.

Bu yöntemlerle toplanan kişisel verileriniz KVKK’nın kişisel verilerin ve özel
nitelikli kişisel verilerin işlenme şartları çerçevesinde, aşağıda belirtilen
amaçlarla işlenebilmekte ve aktarılabilmektedir.

6698 sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu (“KVKK") ve ilgili diğer mevzuat
hükümleri gereğince, kimlik belgeniz ve talebinizi içeren dilekçeniz ile
birlikte Şirketimize müracaat ederek aşağıda belirtilen haklarınızı
kullanabilirsiniz.

Başvurularınız ücretsiz olarak başvuru tarihinden itibaren 30 gün içinde
cevaplandırılacaktır. Haklarınız:

a) Kişisel veri işlenip işlenmediğini öğrenme, b) Kişisel verileri işlenmişse
buna ilişkin bilgi talep etme, c) Kişisel verilerin işlenme amacını ve bunların
amacına uygun kullanılıp kullanılmadığını öğrenme, ç) Yurt içinde veya yurt
dışında kişisel verilerin aktarıldığı üçüncü kişileri bilme, d) Kişisel
verilerin eksik veya yanlış işlenmiş olması hâlinde bunların düzeltilmesini
isteme, e) Kişisel verilerin silinmesini veya yok edilmesini isteme, f) Kişisel
verilerin düzeltilmesi, silinmesi ya da yok edilmesi halinde bu işlemlerin
kişisel verilerin aktarıldığı üçüncü kişilere bildirilmesini isteme g) İşlenen
verilerin münhasıran otomatik sistemler vasıtasıyla analiz edilmesi suretiyle
kişinin kendisi aleyhine bir sonucun ortaya çıkmasına itiraz etme, ğ) Kişisel
verilerin kanuna aykırı olarak işlenmesi sebebiyle zarara uğraması hâlinde
zararın giderilmesini talep etme.
