ABOUT THE NATION FUNATHLON

The Nation Funathlon is a wholesome, exciting and fun-filled walk and run that
encourages people of all ages to engage in healthy activity. This annual 7K
event, which embraces professional athletes as well as casual walkers and
runners, has been a popular item on Barbados’ activity calendar for over 30
years. Individuals, families, fitness enthusiasts and social groups take part in
the annual charity event, which is known for its relaxing and family-oriented
atmosphere.

The Nation Funathlon 2023 will be held on November 19th under the theme
“Celebrating Legacy”. This year’s event will support the Heart and Stroke
Foundation of Barbados and The Future Centre Trust to aid in their mission to
build a better Barbados.




THE NATION FUNATHLON: THE VIRTUAL EDITION

This year, in response to the COVID-19 pandemic and in keeping with local and
international safety guidelines, the Nation Funathalon is going virtual. Join us
as we transform every Sunday in the month of November into a Funathalon Fitness
Journey. Register now and join us on Zoom every Sunday to work out and have fun
in the comfort of your own home. Turn your cameras on for a chance to win
amazing prizes as we unite as an ‘Active Nation for Better Health’.
