PROJECT INITIATION
 

We take a proactive approach to the initial stages of your project by overseeing
architectural test fits to guarantee building suitability. Our meticulous
process involves gathering essential as-built documentation and the tenant
fitout guide. We assist clients in the appointment of MEP services engineers,
ensuring a seamless integration of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing
elements. Additionally, we formalize the appointment of the Private Certifying
Authority, addressing regulatory requirements. 




DESIGN PHASE

Throughout the design  process, we conduct thorough and systematic reviews to
ensure the design output aligns with client briefs and project goals. These
reviews go beyond regular coordination meetings, providing a comprehensive
examination of design suitability, compliance, and overall progress.
Participants from various disciplines join these reviews, identifying and
addressing potential issues promptly. Our aim is to guarantee that the final
design meets contractual, statutory, and commercial standards, reducing overall
project risk




BUDGET AND COSTPLANNING

Our process begins with the preparation of initial cost estimates, providing a
foundation for aligning with your budgetary goals. These estimates serve as a
valuable guide, setting the stage for transparent decision-making. To guarantee
accuracy and competitiveness, these estimates undergo market testing, ensuring
that they reflect current industry standards.




CONSTRUCTION PHASE

Our expertise extends to the precise finalisation of quotes from contractors,
where we confirm project expenditures for approval and skillfully award
contracts. Rigorous weekly site inspections are a cornerstone of our approach,
allowing us to closely monitor quality and progress, ensuring that your project
stays on track. Additionally, we take charge of managing and coordinating
furniture deliveries and IT requirements, overseeing the process from
substantial completion to the exciting 'Go Live' moment. 




DEFECTS MANAGEMENT 
AND DAY 2

With our commitment to excellence, defects management is seamlessly integrated
into our workflow using Procore, a client portal that provides real-time access
for clients to check the status of defects at any time. Beyond project handover,
our dedication extends to what we refer to as "Day 2." We recognize that our
responsibility doesn't end with completion; instead, we actively manage Day 2
works, addressing any client changes or upgrades with the same level of
attention and efficiency, ensuring a lasting and satisfactory outcome for our
clients.




MOVE MANAGEMENT

We are dedicated to orchestrating a smooth relocation process, and to ensure
effective management and mitigation of associated risks, we will implement a
robust communication plan. Our commitment includes active participation in
regular meetings, whether in person or via teleconferencing. These meetings
encompass a variety of interactions, including scheduled gatherings between Move
Coordinators and champions, informal discussions between Senior Consultants and
the Project Management group, and formal sessions with other consultants,
stakeholders, or relevant agency bodies, as needed.
