Federal Finance facilitated a private bridge loan in Doraville, GA at 55% LTV,
we exited a client from his current loan within a short period of time to allow
a purchase of the entire site.
Joint Venture PartnershipsResidential


THE VIEW APARTMENTS

Federal Finance provided a direct Equity Investment into a 242 Multifamily
Rental project in Carteret, NJ. In addition to the equity, we also facilitated a
$32,000,000 Construction loan for our client.
