COMPLETE THE FOLLOWING STEPS TO SETUP MULTI-FACTOR AUTHENTICATION ON YOUR
ACCOUNT.

1. Install the Google Authenticator app on your Windows Phone, Android or iOS
device.
2. Open your authenticator app and choose to scan a QR code
3. Scan the below image
4. Click next to verify your MFA token




Note: If you are unable to scan the image, enter the following code into your
app:
