Over the years, teachers have witnessed first-hand the benefits of incorporating character traits in their daily routine. Students feel a better sense of belonging, tend to respect the rules, and get along better with each other, thus reducing the incidents of fighting, bullying, and classroom disruptions. Francesca Lampugnani , Southwood Elementary RESEARCH-BASED PROGRAMS FOR ALL AGES PreK - 12th grade programs are aligned to state and national core curricula, so every educator in the country can use our tools and no student is forgotten. Explore Our Curricula BUILDING BETTER STUDENTS AND BETTER PEOPLE Interdisciplinary Academic & Character Development Program makes learning critical character development and life skills fun and engaging. See A Sample Lesson Learning for life incorporates real life situations for students to think about and be able to reflect upon as it relates to their own experience in and out of school. The hands on and role playing activities allow our students to be able to apply them to real situations. Our mediation requests have gone down significantly since incorporating these lessons in the classroom I believe partly because students are able to problem solve on their own before they need an adult to intervene. Audra Pennant , Corr Elementary PATHWAYS TO INDEPENDENCE & SUCCESS Our special needs programs give students the tools to take their next steps into the wider world.
