Mobile Users: Get the Voltage SecureMail mobile application

Desktop Users and Mobile Users without the application:

 1. Return to your inbox
 2. Forward the message you are attempting to read to SecureMailProxy@aexp.com
 3. Shortly you will receive an email with a link to access your secure message

Note that this step is only required when accessing the Zero Download Messenger
from Outlook Web Access, or from a mobile device without the Voltage SecureMail
mobile application. In the future, when accessing secure messages from such
platforms, you can immediately forward your secure messages to
SecureMailProxy@aexp.com upon receipt.
