free no obligation site visit, to ascertain whether we can reduce your Business
Rates
The Business Rates new Rating List which commenced in April 2023 has resulted in
many businesses being faced with unfair and incorrect Business Rates bills. This
Rating List would have normally commenced in April 2022 part of a five year
cycle, however there had been a one year postponement that has resulted in many
businesses facing Business Rates demands that they are struggling to meet. Most
businesses will now suffer another increase in their Business Rates due to
increases in the Uniform Business Rates Multiplier from April 2024.

Free no obligation visit by one of our assessors
We investigate relevant information to try to secure a reduction in your
Rateable Value.
Information is passed to our Surveyors to establish all possible grounds for
appeal
An appeal is submitted and discussed with your local Valuation Office.
