EARN 3% UBER CASH WITH CORPORATE GREEN
Enrollment Required
Earn Uber Cash on business rides with Uber and orders with Uber Eats when you're
back on the road. American Express® Corporate Green Card Members enrolled in the
new Uber benefit can earn 3% Uber Cash on eligible rides with Uber and orders
with Uber Eats when you book them through your business profile and charge them
to your Corporate Green Card. You can use Uber Cash for personal rides with Uber
and orders with Uber Eats in the U.S.‡
To enroll:
* Download the Uber and Uber Eats apps
* From the Uber menu, choose “Wallet”, create a business profile and select
your Corporate Card as the payment method
* Enroll in the benefit

‡BENEFIT TERMS
Uber Cash Benefit for Eligible American Express Corporate Card Members
U.S. Corporate Platinum Card® from American Express and American Express®
Corporate Gold Card Members will receive Uber Cash equaling 5% of eligible spend
on rides with Uber and orders with Uber Eats paid for using their Gold or
Platinum Card. U.S. American Express® Corporate Green Card Members will receive
Uber Cash equaling 3% of eligible spend on rides with Uber and orders with Uber
Eats paid for using their Green Card. Enrollment required.
To enroll in this offer, you must have downloaded or updated to the latest
version of the Uber App or Uber Eats App. Once the app is downloaded, sign into
your existing Business Profile in your Uber account or sign up to create a new
account and/or Business Profile, then select an Eligible American Express
Corporate Card as the method of payment in your Business Profile and tap “Join
Program” to complete enrollment. Card Members will receive a confirmation email
from Uber after enrollment is complete. Card Members can contact Uber Support
through the app regarding any issues they have enrolling.
Eligible spend on rides with Uber and orders with Uber Eats include total
amounts paid by eligible Card Members, in the U.S., for Uber Eats orders,
Pool/Express Pool trips, UberX, XL, WAV/Assist, Comfort, Connect, Pet and Select
trips, and Green, Black and Black SUV trips, and tips to delivery people or
drivers, but excludes car rentals, cancellation fees, portions of trips covered
by a promotional value, portions of trips covered by another user through split
fare, external trip fees such as damage and cleaning fees, upfront purchases of
Uber Cash, credits, and subscription passes, and taxi, bike, and scooter rides.
The Eligible spend must be paid for using an eligible Corporate Card or such
spend will not receive the Uber Cash under this benefit even if the spend is
eligible spend and the card member is an eligible Card Member.
To be eligible for the benefit, your Card Account must not have been canceled.
American Express reserves the right to suspend your eligibility for the benefit
if we suspect any violation or abuse. Cards added to your Uber account through a
third party such as Apple Pay or PayPal will not be eligible. If your American
Express Card details change, you will need to make required updates to your Card
details in your Uber payment profile to ensure you remain enrolled in the
benefit. If you do not update your Card details, you may need to re-enroll to
continue to receive your benefit.
Uber Cash is a payment currency for use with purchases made through Uber
Services. Uber Cash earned through this benefit (i) can only be used in the U.S.
to pay for rides with Uber, orders with Uber Eats, and JUMP bikes and scooter
rides booked via the Uber app, (ii) will have a value of one U.S. dollar ($1)
available to Card Members to pay for one U.S. dollar ($1) in eligible purchases
and (iii) will be added automatically to the Card Member's Uber Cash account.
In the event an eligible Card Member earns Uber Cash under the benefit for a
transaction and then changes the payment method for such transaction to a method
that is not an eligible Card or switches to payment through a profile other than
their Business Profile, then Uber will remove the Uber Cash earned as a result
of the benefit from the eligible Card Member's Uber Cash account. In the event
an eligible Card Member does not earn Uber Cash under the benefit for a
transaction and then changes the payment options for such transaction to an
eligible Card under their Business Profile (even if the eligible Card is added
post-transaction), then Uber will add the Uber Cash earned under the benefit for
such transaction to the eligible Card Member's Uber Cash account.
