Hi ,

Get comfortable, take the proper time and start the 360° Feedback.

This survey is designed to gather valuable insights and provide assessment with
aim to support personal and professional growth focused mainly on development of
leadership skills.

Depending on your role, you will be assessing one or more people, which means
you could be filling-in more than one questionnaire (one for each person).

Each questionnaire is composed of 12 questions based on our Values and 2 open
questions where you can add personal comments on strengths and areas of
improvement. Please submit your responses using a five-level rating scale. All
answers will remain strictly anonymous and will be automatically saved even if
you close the survey before completing it (you can pick up where you left off at
any time).

We advise you to watch this short training-pill highlighting the main benefits
of 360 Feedback and contain some practical tips to provide open, honest and
unbiased feedback supported by real-life experiences.
