SOFT TISSUE THERAPY BTEC LEVEL 5

I am currently studying this course keeping me up to date with innovations and
industry standards.  It includes level 5 Sports massage and will provide
extensive training in evidence based massage therapy, pain science, pregnancy
and oncology massage

SWEDISH MASSAGE

Swedish massage helps with stress relief and anxiety, stimulates mood enhancing
hormones, relieves muscle tension, reduces headaches/migraines, improves sleep
and aids the immune system.  Helps manage chronic pain and long term health
issues

I can treat your injuries, speed up recovery time and help prevent further soft
tissue damage.  Sports massage will remodel and prevent a buildup of scar
