VEGAN LEBANESE RECIPES

Having grown up on Lebanese food, I wanted to make sure I could still enjoy the
cuisine whilst maintaining a healthier plant-based diet. Fortunately, Lebanese
cuisine boasts a rich variety of unintentional vegan dishes, making it a great
option for those seeking vegan Lebanese food. A few of my favorite recipes are
Lebanese 7 spice (baharat), a widely used blend, the amazing mujadara (lentils
and rice) and moghrabieh, spiced pearl couscous.
