I wanted to share my experience purchasing a new Subaru from Rowan Heard at
McGovern Subaru. This is my fourth Subaru and purchasing my new Ascent was the
best experience possible! The Ascent that brought me to McGovern was sold before
I could see it. Rowan took the time to video and text me the video of another
Ascent on the lot for me to review while I was at work. Anyone who would go out
of his way to do this is my kind of salesman!! Rowan spent the time to find
another Ascent for me and personally went to pick up the vehicle in Acton, MA.
Everyone we encountered made us feel like family and we highly recommend
purchasing your next car from Rowan & McGovern Subaru of Newington! P.S. Rowan
called me two days after I picked up my new Ascent to make sure I still loved it
and I told him I was not going to bring it back!!

Just bought our 4th Outback. It is by far the best one yet! Cody did a wonderful
job selling us this one & we saw Christian who sold us our last one when they
were located in N. Hampton! This dealership is by far the best. You can’t beat
the location! The service dept is great as well. We’ll definitely be back for

I’m a fan of the Forester so it was a matter finding the
right car for the right price. Cheryl went above and beyond, as always, to meet
my requirements. She located the right car at another dealership and had it
brought to McGovern. Cheryl worked on the numbers with her management team and
came in with reasonable numbers both for my Forester trade in and for the new
Forester. I would highly recommend her to anyone interested in purchasing a car.
She sold me my first Forester and that experience led me to seek her help on
purchasing my new one. Also, the Service Department at McGovern is excellent.
I’ve been a loyal customer there for over 8 years.

I went into McGovern Subaru with certain thing I did and didn't want, Rowen H.
showed me exactly what I was looking for! He told me every spec and explained
what every bottom and dial did. He was extremely helpful. I brought my mom with
me to put the car up and she plans on going back to possibly trade her car in,
