As part of an insulation foam, this product provides exceptional energy efficiency, long-term thermal resistance, material compatibility, and extended shelf-life of the initial formulation. Opteon™ 1100 offers a host of advantages for users, including: * An optimal boiling point for thicker passes with higher yields * Excellent dimensional stability in critical applications * Better thermal performance in foam insulation for the life of a structure Opteon™ 1100 qualities make it well-suited for a variety of polyurethane and polyisocyanurate foam applications including: * Spray foam * Integral skin * Appliance insulation * Flotation pour-in-place * Pipe insulation * Panels * Bun stock FEATURES AND BENEFITS Opteon™ 1100 foam blowing agent is a hydrofluoroolefin (HFO) based solution that can replace hydrofluorocarbons (HFCs), hydrochlorofluorocarbons (HCFCs), and hydrocarbons (HCs) in urethane-based foam applications. Its chemistry gives polyurethane spray foam insulation a longer shelf life, providing contractors with more flexibility and reducing waste.
