HAMMERSPOON EXAMPLES

Brett Terpstra first wrote about this in "A Useful Caps Lock Key" in 2012. In
this as in all things, I am not the first. Instead of having every single
application listening to all the keystrokes, I can control it one place. I use a
single often-unused key (in my case, F19) to trigger a hs.hotkey.modal in
Hammerspoon. In my case, Hammerspoon becomes a single "router" to all the
automation and UI customization on my Mac. Using a single keycode as your
"hyper" key, and handling the translation at the automation layer is much more
expressive. Because of this a lot of hyper key setups are limited to "leader
key" style interactions. Using the "hyper chord" as the entire "hyper key", you
can't add any more modifiers, because it is already all the modifiers. While it
works well, it has its limitations. You can absolutely do this in Hammerspoon if
you want. The user would then use some kind of automation software like Alfred
or Keyboard Maestro to listen for the "hyper chord" and fire different
automations. Traditionally, a Hyper key is implemented by sending to the
Operating System "hyper chord" of ⌘⌥⇧⌃ by modifying the keyboard firmware or
using Karabiner-elements.app. The code isn't that complex so this post will be
focused on the advantages of this approach.

The Cranford Canoe Club was once a private club in the 18th Century, but it's
now open to the public. Many fantastic programs are offered for the whole
family! Children's programs include: Sing A Song Music class, Mommy and Me
Music, Sports Squirts (ages 3-5), Soccer Squirts (ages 3 - 4), Tennis Squirts
(ages 3 - 5), Kinder Yoga, Kinder Book Club, Science programs, pre-school arts
and crafts classes, classes on etiquette and manners, cooking, music, acting and
so much more! Adult programs offered at the Community Center include: Barre
classes, yoga, cooking, stargazing, music, Zumba, pilates, self defense,
ceramics and many more. On the first Friday of the month, the center holds a
recreation dance for middle school aged kids from 7pm - 10pm. Kids can use the
gym, play foosball, pool, air hockey or ping pong. Every Friday night, they
dedicate the entire center to middle school aged residents. It boasts a gym,
game room and lounge area. The Cranford Community Center is available to all
residents (proof of residence is required). You can sign up for all of the nine
weeks or just one. This summer camp includes arts and crafts, games, sports,
swimming, day trips and more. During the summer, members can sign their children
up for Kidz Klub. You can also host your birthday party at the pool or even rent
the entire pool after 6pm. They even offer babysitting services during the week,
so members can participate in classes, use the fitness center or just swim.
Programs like swim instruction, triathlon training and American Red Cross
training classes are offered. Non-residents can purchase limited memberships
that are more expensive. Annual memberships are available, as well as seasonal.
Four year olds attend Monday, Wednesday and Friday for 2.5 hours per
day.Ĭranford offers not one, but two pools to residents! The Orange Avenue pool
complex is strictly outdoor and Centennial Avenue pool indoor/outdoor and boasts
a fitness center. Three year olds can attend Tuesday and Thursday for 2.5 hours

ages three and four years old. You can also find a few private schools in town.
Cranford High School was ranked 51st among NJ schools in 2012 by New Jersey
Monthly magazine. There are several public elementary schools and one high

When Mikhail uncovers the Ark, he finds that it actually contains a golden
sceptre with the figure of a snake wrapped around it (likely Aaron's Rod).
Outside the church, Father Mikhail begins to express doubt that the Grail is
really what is hidden inside the Ark of the Covenant. With help from the local
resistance, Sam and his friends arrive at the church and defeat Lord Achriman,
whom Sam kills personally to avenge Kenny. In Carcassonne, Sam is confronted by
Achriman, who kills Kenny, another one of Sam's friends, in front of him before
fleeing. There, Sam retrieves a book that reveals that the Grail is located in
an abandoned church in Carcassonne, France. Upon returning to Rome, Sam meets a
gun-toting old lady called Nonna who provides him directions to the Vatican,
which Father Mikhail believes contains the next clue to the Grail.

Jones, one of Sam's companions, is killed by one of the alien monsters during
the mission. In order to get back to the city, Sam and his companions retreat to
Pompeii, where they remotely use the seismic capabilities of the HAARP complex
to trigger an eruption on Mount Vesuvius that disrupts Achriman's air forces.
However, the team is forced to abandon the city when it is overrun by the army
of Lord Achriman, one of Mental's generals. As the whole planet scrambles to
repel the alien invasion, a unit from the Earth Defense Force led by "Serious"
Sam Stone is sent by General Brand to Rome to meet Father Mikhail, a priest who
claims to have found some clues leading to the Holy Grail, which, according to
him, is a powerful alien artefact hidden inside the Ark of the Covenant that may
aid them against the invasion. Unlike other vehicles, mechs cannot be exited
once entered.Īn unknown amount of time before the events of Serious Sam 3: BFE,
a massive portal opens in Tunguska, Russia which serves as a bridgehead for
Mental's forces to invade Earth. Players can also pilot multiple mechs that
appear throughout the game, which are armed with machine guns and rocket
launchers. Vehicles play a larger part in the game than other entries, as
multiple levels have the player use vehicles to traverse some environments.
Another addition are weapon mods, which unlock alternate fire modes for certain
weapons. Gadgets are smaller items which range from support items that can
induce temporary buffs to the player to offensive ones such as crystallised
black holes that suck up all enemies nearby. Side quests are optional objectives
that reward the player with items and weapons. Only 10 S.A.Ms are present within
the game, making it impossible to fill out the tree in a playthrough, and as
such the player can unlearn a skill, restoring the point and losing the benefits
of the skill. The skill tree, which is progressed by finding objects called
Syrian Artefacts of Might (S.A.Ms), can enable multiple skills such as dual
wielding any weapon, riding enemies or using signs as weapons. Many new
additions are present in Serious Sam 4, mainly a skill tree, side quests and
gadgets. The knife from the Encounters returns, replacing the sledgehammer.
Reloading returns from Serious Sam 3: BFE, but the weapons have been adjusted,
making this less of a necessity. The player does not have a weapon limit, and is
able to carry an infinite amount, such as shotguns, a minigun, grenade launcher
and sniper. Enemies either attack close range or from a distance.

Gameplay Īs in other entries in the series, Serious Sam 4 involves fighting
against massive hordes of enemies in large areas. A standalone expansion,
Serious Sam: Siberian Mayhem, was released in January 2022. The game was
announced in April 2018, originally as Serious Sam 4: Planet Badass, was
released in September 2020 for Microsoft Windows and Stadia, followed by
PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S ports in December 2021. It is part of the
Serious Sam series and a prequel to Serious Sam 3: BFE. Serious Sam 4 is a 2020

Our team worked with CDOT, FHWA, local agencies, and other stakeholders to
develop this context-sensitive solution, which operates the shoulder lanes on an
interim basis and for a maximum number of hours and days annually. As talk began
on relieving the congestion, serious public concerns were raised about any
plan’s potential impact on neighboring communities and the unique, fragile
natural resources in the mountainous environment. When it opened in 2015, the
eastbound lane was the first project in the United States to use a highway
shoulder as a part-time lane based on recreational traffic instead of a regular
commuter base. The toll price falls to encourage drivers to use the lane and
rises as the lane nears capacity. These shoulder lanes are open only to drivers
willing to pay a toll and use intelligent transportation system infrastructure,
including active traffic management and dynamic pricing to manage reliability.
Our team designed a 13-mile eastbound lane and 12-mile westbound lane within
existing CDOT right-of-way, allowing traffic to use the shoulders during peak
periods. We provided planning, environmental analysis, design, context-sensitive
solutions and construction support for both projects.Īn Intelligent

Together, they significantly reduced the impact of this heavy traffic on
businesses, residences and the overall environment. Solutions to this severe
congestion came in the form of two related peak-period shoulder lane projects:
The $70 million Interstate 70 Mountain Corridor Eastbound Express Lane, opened
in late 2015, and the $55 million Interstate 70 Mountain Corridor Westbound
Express Lane, completed in summer 2021. As a result, access was hindered to and
from recreation areas (vital to mountain town economies) and also from
western-slope mountain towns to medical services, education and employment in
the Denver area, about 30 miles east. On some weekends, delays could be as long
as two and a half hours to travel 8 miles. This segment had experienced heavy
traffic flows, causing severe congestion during peak periods, especially on
Friday and Sunday afternoons. The Interstate 70 segment running from Empire
Junction to the Veterans Memorial Tunnels east of Idaho Springs is one of the
narrowest sections of the corridor, with the roadway located on the canyon floor
adjacent to Clear Creek. The Interstate 70 Mountain Corridor is Colorado’s only
east-west interstate and serves as the primary access route for residents and
tourists travelling between Denver and the state’s scenic Rocky Mountains. This
first-of-its-kind solution to the gridlock gets traffic moving more smoothly,
