HIGH STANDARDS AND EXPECTATIONS

We have found that the flexible FlexQube design has been able to match the high
standards and expectations set by Siemens. The carts we have delivered to
Siemens vary from the mother-daughter solutions for more basic 50 x 50 tugger
carts. Below is an outline of all the solutions we have provided for Siemens.

TUGGER CART


TUGGER CART 146 X 63-INCH - Q-100-0531

This 146 x 63-inch cart is specially designed for transporting fully loaded
containers. The large industrial tugger cart is equipped with an ergonomic
handle bar and a drop pin hitch tow bar for easy transportation in a tugger
train set-up.

SHELF CART


SHELF CART 107 X 50-INCH - Q-100-0676

This is a large, robust shelf cart, which has been designed for transporting
very large and heavy materials. This cart has had wire mesh attached to ensure
the materials are held securely in place. The cart can be modified with added
tow bar or handle bars if needed.

STAGE CART


STAGE CART 63 X 36-INCH - Q-100-0692

This stage cart is a perfect example of how flexible the FlexQube system is. The
cart was designed for staging materials easily so the operators/assemblers can
access materials efficiently and boost productivity. The materials can be placed
in between the upright tubes to keep them securely in place.

ASSEMBLY CART


ASSEMBLY CART 85 X 30-INCH - Q-100-0690

This assembly cart has been designed for assemblers to keep materials and tools
in one place easily. The assembly cart can be also be used as a work table, as
the four attached swivel casters all come with brakes to keep the cart locked
firmly in place.

CART FOR HANGING


CART FOR HANGING 66 X 27-INCH - Q-100-0714

This small cart is specifically designed for efficient hanging of hoses, tubes
and wires. The cart can also be used to hang circular materials of different
types. It has been found to significantly boost assembly times, because of the
easy access it allows to assemblers.



TUGGER CART


TUGGER CART 50 X 50 INCH - Q-100-0112

This 50 x 50 inch tugger cart with attached flat steel deck is perfectly
designed for transporting fully loaded pallets and containers. This is one of
FlexQube’s most popular solutions due to its robustness and simple design. This
cart is equipped with an ergonomic handle bar and a drop pin hitch tow bar for
use in a tugger train set-up. It also comes with a floor lock brake to secure
the cart in place when not being transported.

MOTHER CART


MOTHER CART 80 X 50-INCH - Q-100-1002

This small mother solution has been created to hold four daughter carts within
its frame. The four daughter carts can be unlocked from this mother frame and
left at different work and assembly stations (learn more about mother-daughter
solutions). This mother frame is equipped with a drop pin hitch tow bar to be
transported using a tugger train set-up.

KIT CART 52 X 27-INCH - Q-100-1042

This kit cart is actually designed to be used as a daughter cart within a mother
frame. It comes equipped with small flat shelves as well as hanging bins across
the top to hold small materials and tools. The mother frame these carts fit into
is described below.

MOTHER CART 2 IN 1 66 X 63-INCH - Q-100-1043

This 2-in-1 mother frame is the mother cart for the kit carts described above.
It can house two daughter carts at a time and is equipped with a drop pin hitch
tow bar to be used in a tugger train set-up.

MOTHER CART 4 IN 1 HIGH DOLLIES 74 X 35-INCH - Q-100-0851

This 4-in-1 mother frame is designed to house up to four tall daughter carts
inside of it. Each of the shelf carts can be unlocked from the frame and left at
different work stations. This mother frame is equipped with a drop pin hitch tow
bar and is designed to be towed within a tugger train system. The daughter carts
for this mother frame are described below.

DAUGHTER CART


DAUGHTER CART 25 X 17-INCH - Q-100-0835

This 25 x 17-Inch daughter cart is designed to fit the 4-in-1 mother frame
described above. These daughter carts come equipped with one flat shelf along
the bottom of the cart and small bins hung from the back side of the daughter
cart to house different tools and materials.

KIT CART 41 X 41 INCH - Q-100-0843

This kit cart is another great example of how flexible the FlexQube concept can
be. The kit cart is designed to be left at different work and assembly stations
and is equipped with shelves to place bins, totes and boxes as well as little
bins hung above the top shelf for housing smaller materials

BIN CART 50 X 20-INCH - Q-100-0783

This bin cart is a great little design to house bins for different materials and
tools. It has two handles attached on each side and four swivel casters, two of
which have brakes. This makes this cart very easy to move around the facility to
leave at work and assembly stations.

This custom-designed kit cart was designed to improve the presentation of
materials to the assembly line. The angled design of the hanging cart makes it
easier for the operators to access the materials.

This kit cart was designed to improve the presentation of materials to the
operators at the assembly line. It also comes with a tow bar so it can be
transported within a tugger train system.

STAGE CART - 910 X 2450 MM - Q-100-3000

This stage cart is custom designed for components and products that need to be
transported standing up. By equipping the cart with an ergonomic handlebar it is
easily maneuvered manually within the facility. The attached tongue and hitch
tow bar make it possible to transport the cart with a tugger.

SEAT TUGGER CART - 910 X 1540 MM - Q-100-3956

Tugger kit cart equipped with shelves and inclined tubes mounted to a pegboard
to hold components. The tubes have a protective cover to prevent scratching.

SHELF CART


FLAT SHELF CART - 1260 X 1260 MM - Q-100-3811

Tuggable two-level flat shelf cart, most commonly used for transportation of
totes/bins/boxes or loose components. The cart is equipped with six polyurethane
casters, two fixed and four swivels giving it excellent tracking properties and
silent movement when connected in a train. Forklift pockets ease transportation
with a forklift.

SHELF CART - 2730 X 1260 MM - Q-100-0676

This shelf cart is used to transport bins, totes, and boxes. However, the
shelves are very robust and can manage larger containers and other materials.
This cart also comes equipped with wire mesh around the outside to keep the
materials secure.

KIT CARTS & SPECIALIZED SOLUTIONS


TRANSFER CART - 1330 X 1260 MM - Q-100-1327

Tuggable kit cart used for transportation of plates/panels as well as totes and
boxes. The plates and panels can be placed on the left side between tubes that
have been covered in plastic to prevent the parts from being damaged and the
totes can be placed on the shelves on the right side. The cart is also equipped
with four high-quality polyurethane casters, two fixed and two swivel which
gives the cart excellent tracking properties and silent movement when connected
in a train.

SHELF KIT CART - 700 X 1330 MM - Q-100-2273

Shelf kit cart designed to be used in combination with Q-100-1043 in a
mother-daughter system. The mother-daughter concept is most commonly used in a
“milk run system” meaning you use the mother cart to transport daughter carts
filled with material from warehouse to assembly line and picking up empty
daughter carts on the way back.
