The Partnership will pay out one hundred percent (100%) of monthly income minus
expenses until 200% of the initial investment is returned to the partners.



After which, the Partnership will pay out fifty percent (50%), with the
remaining fifty percent (50%) used for continued expansion.

Payments will begin 120 days after the date of the investment, on the following
payment cycle date. Each pay out will be made in Bitcoin to the wallet address
provided by the Partner.

INCENTIVES BEING A PARTNER HAS PERKS


The Partnership is passive and controlled by Managing Partners. Each Partner
does NOT have the power to make significant decisions.



* Each Partner will receive a quarterly report.
* Partners receive a K-1 for tax reporting purposes.
* Partners are periodically invited to facility tours.
* Partners experience tax savings and write-offs for startup investment.
* Refer a friend and receive 5% of the amount your friend invests.


ONCE CLOSED, THERE WILL BE NO ADDITIONAL PARTNERS ADDED TO THIS PROJECT.
