GOOD PRICE, GREAT LOCATION
The location was perfect, the staff was friendly and helpful, the room was
clean and the price was right. I did not eat at any of the restaurants due
to prior engagements but I heard good things from other guests.

CONVENIENT & BEAUTIFUL
This hotel was designed so nicely and I loved the room size. We had
beautiful views of downtown. This hotel is also located near many
restaurants which was convenient for my friend and I to walk to. I came for
a concert which was 4 mins away from the hotel. I would definitely stay
here again!

STYLISH AND COMFORTABLE FOR WORK TRIP
Stayed for 3 nights for business in a gorgeous corner room. Room well
appointed, and the bed was quite comfy! Miaou Miaou was a nice spot for
cocktails in the evening. I plan to stay here again.

GREAT HOTEL
Great stay! I chose this hotel because I wanted to be within walking
distance of target center. Was also close to blue line light rail stop that
takes you to airport. Very convenient location.

BUSINESS TRIP
The Rand Hotel was beautiful. Hotel room was well kept and had many nice
touches, espresso machine, lovely bathroom, and a great view. Heating went
out during the stay and the breakfast/staffing was lacklustre. Conveniently
attached to a sky walk that connects to a Starbucks, which is where I had
breakfast even though I had hotel breakfast vouchers…..

WONDERFUL STAY
We had a wonderful stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.
Our room was clean, felt fresh, and had everything we needed. It was very
nice without feeling too fancy. The hotel is in a very walkable location.

OASIS IN A DOWNTOWN DESERT
If you need to stay downtown Minneapolis and have no car this is a perfect
choice. The area not suited for tourism during the weekend.

LOVELY HOTEL. BEAUTIFUL ROOM WITH A STUNNING DOWNTOWN VIEW.
Decor is modern and comfortable. (Although I will never understand what is
wrong with some overhead lighting.)
Bathroom was well-designed and luxurious.
Our corner room had great downtown views.
I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

INCREDIBLY DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCE. BOOKING ELSEWHERE.
Incredibly disappointed with experience and stay. Was misinformed by photos
on Ammenties (booking site had picture of pool and hot tub and no tub in
room (main reasons for booking!) Also, no body wash in room and tea/coffee
not stocked.
Front desk attendee waa missing for over 15 minutes with no sign, notice or
number to contact.
Waited 15 mins for a drink with no service at 5th floor bar before leaving.
Tacky and borderline rude signs posted on elevators in lobby to not use
staff elevator....service elevator already had its own control panel with
this nicely displayed, the cheaply printed signs really killed atmosphere,
especially since we were unable to fit in guest elevators due to staff
using the guest elevators instead of the service elevator multiple times
during our single night stay.
The incredibly overpriced parking, breakfast, fees and Tylenol ($5 for 2),
may have been worth it if not for the misadvertisment and poor guest
service.
The only positive takeaway was the comfortable bed.
To top it all off, I was charged $50 more than listed on the final invoice.
Would not recommend to anyone, many great options to stay in Minneapolis,
don't make our mistakes and choose this one

as the Great Depression dawned. Rufus Rand, Jr. had returned from World War I a
local hero, decorated for his skill and courage as an aviator with France’s
prestigious Croix de Lafayette. With notoriety, financial backing, and vision
