CONTACT Community Services believes everyone deserves a home, employment and a
future! We help people find housing, provide access to programs so families can
stay housed, and mediate between tenants and landlords. We help people find
employment and help businesses find and train the staff they need. We operate
seniors’ programs to help them stay socially connected, and stay healthy and
well. Our sustainable thrift shop, The Clothes Line, recycles clothes and
household goods, and provides volunteer opportunities in our community. Check

RULES OF PLAY FOR 50/50 ELECTRONIC RAFFLE - AGCO LL #12181

 1.  The lottery will take place online from 9:00AM EDT on September 23, 2020
     until October 25, 2020 at 9:00PMEDT. The winner will be announced on
     Monday, October 26 at 10:00AM EDT.
 2.  All tickets will only be sold to people who are 18 years of age or older.
 3.  Must be in the province of Ontario at the time of purchase.
 4.  Tickets are 3 for $10, 10 for $20 and 100 for $40.
 5.  Tickets will be available at online at CONTACT5050.CA. Alternatively,
     tickets can be purchased in-person with cash or credit card at The Clothes
     Line, 55 Victoria Street, West Alliston, L9R 1T1 during normal hours of
     operation. Tickets will be sold by volunteers and staff members at The
     Clothes Line.
 6.  Tickets will be sold using electronic raffle system supplied by Ascend
     Fundraising Solutions.
 7.  After buying online, patrons will receive a confirmation e-mailed with
     their 50/50 registered numbers from a Random Selection System. No specific
     numbers can be given as numbers are generated randomly. Patrons purchasing
     in store will receive a ticket receipt with their raffle numbers.
 8.  The winning ticket number will be selected by a Random Number Generation
     (RNG) system from all raffle numbers sold for the draw.
 9.  The amount of the 50/50 will be regularly updated on CONTACT5050.CA.
 10. The winning number will be announced on CONTACT5050.ca and will be posted
     on CONTACT Community Services Facebook page.
 11. The winner may claim their prize by contacting CONTACT Community Services
     at: (705)435-4900 x200. The ticket may then be brought 39 Victoria Street
     East, Alliston, L9R 1W1 at an agreed upon time for ticket verification. The
     winner will then be paid by cheque for the amount posted at the event for
     which they bought their ticket. Winners must have the original winning
     ticket and no copies. All payments will be made by cheque.
 12. The winning ticket holder has 6 months in which to claim their prize from
     the date of the draw their ticket was purchase for.
 13. The winner must provide his/her name, address, and phone number with
     picture identification for our report sheet.
 14. Once the certified winner is verified, and provides identification with
     photo ID, they will be given a cheque in the amount of the declared prize
     which is, at minimum, 50% of the total sales for that draw. If the winner
     cannot provide photo ID, then the winning proceeds will be held until such
     identification can be provided.
 15. In the event that no winner comes forward, the winning stub and prize
     monies will be place in safe keeping for a period of six months from the
     draw date. If at the end of (6) months the prize monies have not been
     claimed, the prize monies will be donated to a beneficiary approved by the
     licensing authority. The winning ticket number will be advertised on
     CONTACT Community Services website for a minimum of six (6) months.
 16. The following individuals are not eligible to participate in the 50/50
     draws:
     CONTACT Community Services employees involved with the administration of
     the 50/50 raffle and any CONTACT Community Services board members.
 17. The above set of rules will be posted online at contact5050.ca.
